Not only did they not ask me if I needed help, the older lady that was working looked at me and ingored me a few times. I waited a little longer then decided they were not interested in making any money from me and I walked out. I had to have waited about 7-10 minutes, and they still never took the time to say hi, wait a minute or anything like that. They were not busy, I was the only one waiting for service at that time. I was very unhappy and I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them.

When I came here, this place had a wait for those that made reservations online but when I showed up there were only a few people that were ahead of me. I asked for a color and a cut and did not expect to be helped since they were busy. But to my pleasant surprise, the fit me in. I never felt rushed. I had really terrible, grown-out highlights from a different hair salon and wanted to somehow fix them. The owner of Trendsetters (Nancy, I think) worked her magic. I now have a gorgeous dark red which turned out better than I had expected or hoped for. She gave my hair a trim and really gave it a wonderful shape.
