This is the WORST place ever! Don't go here!
I made the mistake of going to this awful place. I had two different girls here do my hair. They are both horrible. The salon owner is just as rude as her "staff".
1. I went to Amber first To get my hair done. She is quite rude, slow, and had basic skills. She charged me for three colors on my hair, but neglected to tell me she had charged me for a color that I didn't even want. She was so rude, slow, that I scheduled an appointment with Lacy the next time. BIGGER MISTAKE.
2. Lacy is more than rude, she is obnoxious and had a Vile mouth. Let me explain.
I had to have the color changed because Amber had it looking like dark red mud. I wanted partial highlights. Well , slow, rude, unprofessional Lacy spent the entire time acting like it was a major imposition. She did a Hideous job. I scheduled yet Another appointment to try to get this latest mess fixed.
Lacy informed me that the salons new policy was that clients have to pay half of any appointment if they cancel. I found this amusing since these unprofessional hillbilly types don't even give one the courtesy of a call the day before to confirm your appointment.
Fast forward to the next month. I had unexpected surgery a few days before my appointment. I was ill the morning of my appointment, so I had to cancel. I phoned at exactly 9:00 a.m., and told Amber to inform Lacy that I was ill and had to cancel my 10:30a.m. appointment.
I received a rabid phone call from Lacy. She began Yelling, Screaming, and Cussing at me. She screamed that "Now I'm here all F....ing morning, and no money, you have to pay for half of the god d---ed appointment!!" I was STUNNED. Never in my life have I been spoken to like that. When I told her that I wanted to speak to the salon owner, Lacy screamed at me again, telling me "I am my own boss". She is foul- mouthed, rude and crude. She has minimal skills. She dropped the F bomb at least 6 times. She likes to ssh sh-t to her clients as well. Nice.
I hung up.
I went to the Real world, aka Portland, Oregon and spent close to $200.00 to repair the hideous damage to my hair.
The owner its just as snarky as her nasty staff. I strongly urge you to go to Portland for your hair. This place is just for the local yokals that play with cow paddies all day long.
She's lucky that all I did was write a bad review. The way she screamed and uttered and cursed at me I could have easily charged her with harassment. Seriously. She screamed at the top of her voice. My roommate could hear her yelling through the receiver, they couldn't believe it.
This place is Hillbilly Central.
