I have told everyone that I think it was actually the cleaning lady that cut my hair because it certainly couldn't have been a professional hairdresser. It's been 3 weeks and I can just now bear talking about it. I've been in loads of bobby pins and hats just to survive. It's seriously that bad. Demoralizing.
