This spot is near the back of the complex (doors away from my dermatologist- winning!). The office is all the way back on your right once you're inside. Le Petit Spa Boutique is so cute and you feel the great vibes once you enter. This was my first lash experience ever and I'm so glad I did it! She was super patient even though I have the words most sensitive eyes. We had great conversation throughout so thankfully there were no awkward silences which is always nice! I already booked my appt to return in 10 weeks. Can't wait

Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. She also clearly outlines her policies so you are well aware ahead of booking and even after booking! I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Le Petit Spa Boutique!

Not sure why they are rated so highly... I just moved to Dallas from Austin in July and thought I'd…read moregive this place a shot (4 times to be exact). I've been getting lash extensions for the past 2 years now and wow did I downgrade by going here. Firstly, I tried 3 different lash artists here and not one did half a decent job as my previous lash tech did. My appointments were never on time and at that they NEVER took the amount of time as needed/paid for and cut my appointment short while doing a crappy job at it (45 mins at most). I gave them the exact lash measurements that my previous lash tech used on me and they did not follow it. Also when removing my extensions during fills the process was painful! Below is a picture of my lashes after my 1 week fill. I was visiting my previous lash tech in Austin and she was so upset that they left me like this and fixed me up right away removing all their work and starting from scratch!! She said it looked like they used premade fans that were clustered and they weren't even a D curl like I had asked! Last picture on right side is her work compared to their work on the left.

I recommend Lash iCandy to anyone who wants to know they are in safe hands and valued as a client! (Don't we all?) Of course after researching lashes for years, I was afraid of the horror stories I had read. I finally just decided that I need to look more polished and avoid the inevitable smudge I get from mascara. I really dug deep and researched for weeks. The first thing that struck me was the fact that consistently over the years, Lash.i.candy has had a solid track record of great reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. I was impressed by the fact that the owner, Jill, herself called me (I booked with Brittany) to walk me through the risks of lashes since I was a "first timer" for last extensions. I was going to be traveling to Italy and France and really wanted to have something that lasted, looked good and did not give me sensitivity. I have had lasik surgery so my eyes are particularly sensitive. The result was amazing! I can't stress enough what a difference these Russian lashes have made to my look! I received so many compliments from strangers and friends alike because of my lashes and it really boosted my self-confidence. The techs actually make the clusters by hand! I was pretty amazed at the artistry involved in this process and the fact that the lashes are not mink was really important to me as well. They are partially made of silk and I appreciate that they really have a gorgeous curl and hold it for always What I mostly appreciate is how respectful these techs are of people's time! I have never had to wait and value the fact that these ladies especially have a strong work ethic. In spite of a tornado in the area the night before, a 7am appointment was honored. I have visited this lash studio at various times of the day and can honestly say that this is the way they do things. I have never seen customers kept waiting or rushed out the door - and it's been busy! I love my lashes, and to keep them on point, I do 2 weekly fills because I am very active and rub my eyes. The adhesive they use is efficient (I wash my face every single day, twice a day, religiously) and the adhesive is also gentle at the same time. The lashes hardly tangle or clump and they really are a "get up and go" low maintenance product that is always on point. I think it's important that you see lashes as an investment and again would recommend candy.i.lash for both their professionalism and artistry!

After moving to Frisco recently, I needed to continue my lash extensions. My previous ones (before…read moreI moved) lasted over a month. Since I am sensitive to regular lash glue (fumes), I brought my own lash glue, last used successfully by my former experienced lash technician. The only "lash tech" of the two in this "shop" here that I could get an appointment with, was Randall, the husband. (There are only the husband and the wife) Randy (the husband and former musician) was very amiable, and the lash application (with my sensitive eyes glue) was not painful or burning to my eyes. The appointments are held in their house, in which they had placed two lash application beds in a front room. In the other bed was often a woman receiving lashes, and she brought her dog, which sat on top of her, as she lay on the bed. The first application (with my provided glue) went well,so I came back about 2.5 weeks later for a fill. At that time Randy said he wasn't comfortable using my glue; he felt it was drying up, and he wanted to use his own. I agreed, with the proviso that it had to be suitable for my sensitive eyes. It wasn't quite as good at avoiding sensitivity as the glue I had, and I did tear somewhat, but it was nothing I couldn't handle. I did find, however, that there was considerably more lash loss. Consequently, I had to go back sooner than I expected, or was used to doing. This pattern (rapid lash loss and tearing) went on for a few visits, but I did like that their house/salon was somewhat close to where I live. Randy was always agreeable, and, uniquely, always wore a mask and gloves, which I hadn't seen any lash tech do before. Then, after one lash application, where several of his lashes had again fallen out quite quickly (within days), and I kept feeling like there was something scratchy in both eyes, I realized that I had developed an eye infection. This infection was known to be the result of blocked tear ducts. I had never had one before, (and I never, ever touched my eyes), but I am from a medical family and had family in, and I, myself worked in, ophthalmology, so I recognized the signs. Most of the lashes fell out before I was due to return, but I put off the appointment to allow my eye infection to heal. As I never touch my eyes, it seemed it was most likely due to the lash application. I informed Randy. When I felt the eye infection was finally on the mend; and when it had nearly disappeared, I texted to make another fill appointment with Randy. However, I was then informed that he would no longer see me. It appeared that having gotten an eye infection, most likely from a faulty lash application that allowed glue to block my tear duct, meant that I was no longer welcome there...and he said as much. Since I have had lash extensions for several years (and never an eye infection) , I felt bare without them. I called another local lash tech, who works alone. She gave me a very few lashes, explaining that there was so much damage to my natural lashes, that she didn't feel comfortable working on my lashes. This had never been the case in the 6+ years I had them done in another city. The few that she did apply, lasted nearly a full month. When she was going out of the country for a vacation, and told me it would take months for the "damage" to my lids and lashes to "heal", I decided to try another place in the area, when I felt I had healed. I have been quite happy there ever since. They have sensitive eyes glue, are extremely professional, I'm not put next to right people holding their dogs (in a lash salon!), and the lashes have been great, and long-lasting. I've been going there ever since, and have very little if any fallout, my eyes don't burn when I tear, and I don't have to remember how to use Zelle for payment each time. The experienced lash techs there don't wear gloves (or masks), and do excellent work, without any infection concerns on my part. I am now glad that I was put in a position to keep looking for the right professional place.

I thought my first full set looked good, but when I had them done by Randy I realized how much more natural they looked and they had even more volume. I thought it was interesting that they work out of their home, but they have a great professional atmosphere set up. They gave more information on after care of the lashes than anyone has ever given me and even gave me a bottle for lash cleansing solution. Give them a try, and you will not be disappointed!
