Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color. Threading can be painful at times especially if it's your first time but she is gentle so makes it painless. Since I'm now a regular, I typically schedule at least two appointments ahead so I can stay booked with Maria. Front desk staff is awesome & always quick to help. Prior to this, I had never gone to a professional to get my brows done, so I was initially a bit nervous because I didn't want my brows to come out looking too unnatural / thin / arched.
