Not only did they come over to the party and help themselves to the food and beverages...one of them got sloppy drunk...they sat in their backyard watching the party and the invited guests. It would take days or even weeks to get a response, I never knew what was happening and was deeply concerned with how the event was going to turn out due to her lack of communication - but these 3 made up for it and our group had a blast. I think the organizers just didn't know how to set up the lighting correctly because at the other events we took advantage of the accent lighting to highlight a speaker and information/book signing tables. Bar services are available through the sister company, the Modern Hotel. I wish the kitchen were bigger because I think it was a little hard for our caterer to plate up in the little space they have. The managers are supper helpful and flexible.
