    The venue was amazingly beautiful and sized appropriately, big enough for all 9 of us plus. The service was fantastic w a charcuterie served which they allowed us to take home, and champagne and water bottles. The selection of dresses was amazing AND the staff went above and beyond to get my daughter the dress she wanted there, and it was the one!!! I truly thought the dress was going to be over $10000, and w everything it was only $3700, which was well below what it looked like. I can't post a picture here yet but thank you for everything!!!

    Simply put, we said YEs to THE DRESS! The customer service here is individualized and top notch. Our party of 4 (and the bride to be) was attended by Malissa...and she is who you want to ask for by name. She listened to what we liked on our bride and what we didn't. She would pull an array of dresses that had every detail we mentioned. In the end, the dress, the one that fit as if it were made for my daughter was selected. How she was able to muddle through countless dresses to find the right one was downright amazing. Was the dress affordable? No. But we didn't come for affordable; we came for a timeless dress that would allow my only child to be absolutely stunning on her day. And that has no price! But if you must know, CHECK IN with your YELP account the moment you walk in and you will get a 10% off discount. And that was a savings that made a HUGE difference!

    Studio I Do was everything and more. As a 2025 bride, I am overwhelmed with all things wedding. The anxiety I had prior to coming here was taking over, but my stylist, Malissa, was incredibly sweet. She listened to me and my crew on every critique we had. I did actually end up saying "YES" to the dress. (A dress she told me I would love, btw). I cannot wait to show my future husband and our family and friends my dress.

    I had SUCH a great experience at Studio I Do!! With over 600 dress options, I thought I would feel overwhelmed. Morgan was my stylist and she did a really great job picking out dresses and guiding me to the sections that fit my style and vision! I wish I could relive this experience over and over again!!

    I highly recommend STUDIO I DO!! Stacie Allen was the absolute BEST from start to finish... I found my dream dress online and inquired about local shops close to me that would have it. Upon calling Studio I do, they were able to get my dress sent to them from the designer so I ventured down to Va Beach from Bowie Md to try on my dream dress. It did require a fee that didn't go towards my purchase but I really wanted my dress. Stacie went above and beyond to create a memorable SAY YES to THE DRESS experience that I am going to always cherish and remember. Stacie encouraged me to try on some other styles for the try on experience & yes, they were lovely but when i put tried on my dress...my mom gave me 2 thumbs up and everyone agreed my dress was indeed MY DRESS!!! Experiencing this with my mother, 2 younger sisters and sister from another mother, was the best part of my wedding celebrations.

    Responding to a response to a post left a few days ago....the disappointment continues. Your explanations of the shortcomings of our "final" appointment ring hollow. At our August appointment we were told that the alterations were minimal and that we could expect to take the dress home at the next fitting, scheduled for November at the August appointment. The next fitting was in November and as described, it didn't go well. The seamstress was non responsive to any concerns regarding the length of the dress having not changed and the bustle being too long, which prompted us to decide to seek a seamstress who WOULD address the LACK OF WORK DONE by your store. It's becoming increasingly clear that the first alteration at a cost of $524.62 (!) for minimal alterations ( shortening of dress, bustle, bra inserts) was NOT intended to be the only charge post paying for the dress. The demeanor or the head seamstress was abundantly clear to that effect in retrospect. There are several other aspects of the response which leave me disappointed, but it's best summed up as a lack of customer care attitude. It's abundantly clear that once 100% of the dress is paid that customer service drops off precipitately. We are simply asking for a refund of the abysmally poor seamstress work done (your defense thereof is insufficient as we verified by two experienced seamstresses that the methodology used was wrong), covering the cost of the seamstress fixing the dress (I promise it's less than $500+ charged by your store...nevermind the additional charge we were going to have to pay because of the insufficient work done). Ultimately, you need to decide whether you are truly sorry for the bad service provided and only put nice words to poorly performed service and then claim contractual obligations to cover the poor service provided despite collecting 100% of charges, or whether you stand behind your customer service and refund the money and pay to make this dress right. It's up to you.

    Love this bridal shop so much! I went to Studio I Do as my first stop wedding dress shopping this weekend and I was so nervous. I went with my mom, MOH, future sister and mother in-law and all of the girls there were so friendly to all of us especially my stylist Bea. We were all able to look and pick out dresses before getting into the dressing room which was so helpful to get an idea of all the different styles and what I liked the best. There were so many different dresses to choose from and we never felt rushed. Also the bridal shop is beautiful! We finally decided on my top choice dress but I had one more appointment that day. Bea let me know she would put everything I liked into a wishlist and that if I wanted the dress they'd pay the cancellation fee for my other appointment. We still decided to checkout one more location just because this was only my first stop, but Bea assured me I could come back anytime if I changed my mind and she would find a room for me to try it on again no appointment needed. Needless to say we actually cut our other appointment short and we're back at Studio I Do within two hours to retry on and buy the dress. Thank you ladies so much for your help we all had an excellent experience!

    I have been to many bridal stores and none compare to Studio I Do Bridals. The staff was amazing. The manager Amber was bubbly, positive and extremely knowledgeable. During my visit the owner, Ashley was there and came over to greet me. I thought that was amazing because she obviously cares about her business and customers to be in the store working alongside her employees. The new space is beautiful, and is so much more than I expected. They recently renovated their showroom in June of 2018. The gown selection is unmatchable in Coastal Virginia. Brides, if you are anywhere in Virginia or North Carolina, you should make the trek to Studio I Do. You will find your perfect dress and have the experience of your lifetime. One cool opportunity is the Private Room. Although I didn't opt for the private room I passed by it, and it was beautiful. I only had 4 gusts with me( my mom and sisters and friend). But if I had more than 4 I would have paid the fee to have the entire room and champagne toast. Seriously, Studio I Do is the place you have been looking for to find your wedding dress. I hope your experience is as good as mine!
