The trainer assured that since he is leaving he will initiate the suspension so there would be no fee and the Director of Instruction would be assigned to me to continue services. Months go by and I reach out. The Director (Josh) informed me that the suspension ended after 60 days (this was never mentioned to me and mind you - no one reached out as promised) and that I had "abandoned" 18 lessons. I shared my communications with Brian to Josh who then said we could "work something out" but then all communications drop off again. I reach out a few more times, at some point asking for the arbitration agreement (they refused to provide paperwork that has contract terms) and have since ghosted me.

He's easy to work with and provides great insights that I can work on in practice sessions. Far better than just hitting balls blindly with no real plan. Of course improvement will only happen if you put in the time, but the practice will be much more impactful if you are actually working on something constructive. I read a few reviews of poorly kept fairways and greens but they must not have gone recently. The greens are the best I've seen. Which is bad, since now I can't blame my missed puts on the greens. I've played Rancho, Los Feliz, Alondra, Terrenea, Arroyo, Arcadia, Scholl, VN and a few others and Westdrift is ranked 1 in my book. The course layout and maintenance are fantastic. Staff are super cool, there wasn't any back up of play to complain about and parking is easy and free.

The weekday windows mostly conflict with office hours so weekdays are pretty much ruled. That leaves weekend mornings or Sunday evenings as the realistic options. Sunday evening is probably the only saving grace. That said once you get a bay and start playing, the experience is really fun. It fun playing with friends and family and I like that there are different games you can pick depending on skill level. You do not have to be a serious golfer to enjoy it which makes it easy for everyone to participate. The food is okay. If you didn't want to help me just tell me or find someone who can. If you guys don't want to assist with online promotions then don't give or create promotions to begin with. Very bad experience.
