The workouts are always challenging, motivating, and never boring. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of my physical limitations, but the trainers have been amazing at helping me work through those challenges instead of letting them hold me back. They encourage me to keep getting stronger, improve my balance and mobility, and believe in what my body can still do.

Whether it was in the weight room or field work/HIIT, I always left the gym feeling both pumped and utterly beat, lol. The trainers were extremely friendly, positive and motivating...maybe even annoyingly so at times because you wanted to hate them for the workout but couldn't because they were just such freaking nice people. I found that afternoons were far less crowded than evenings, so that's when I went. Great atmosphere, challenging workouts, and all-in-all a great gym. I would definitely return! One thing that would make this gym even better is having an open gym period perhaps during non-busy afternoon hours so you could get in some extra work before/after a class either on the field or in the weight room.

The waiting area is smaller than most OTFs and the water dispenser is inside the studio. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I tried teaching myself to lift weights but then started getting too bulky and just tired of being alone. I wanted group/team exercise. Found this on a groupon deal and noticed it was just a few min from my home. I love it! I love everything about TBC. The people, the trainers, the workouts! So motivating! I did a reassessment after 8 weeks and I doubled my push-ups, sit-ups, burpees! I feel so much stronger and better! The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update:. BEWARE.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.

TRUST me when I say that Shawnte is an amazing instructor (talk about body goals) :) lol I had so much fun at Shawnte's boot camp class this morning that I will be checking out the location in the parking garage of my office tonight at 1730 with Dresha. I'll definitely update this review and keep you posted on all the different locations that I try out and provide my feedback on the best boot camp classes. FYI: There's a special going on right now where you can try out as many boot camps as you want for the entire month of September for the low price of $19. Woot Woot! :)
