I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. The studios is small with only about 10 water rowing machines max. The instructor (Mitchell) was upbeat and friendly. The class my friend and I attended was the Row + Sculpt (Thighs & Butt). The small class means personal attention which I always like. We took turns working through a rowing program that included breaks for cardio and weights (lunges, squats, jumping jacks, etc). Felt like I got a nice cardio workout in 45 min but would definitely not count this as my only "weights" routine - obviously. :) Will I go back? Yes - signed up already.
