We will for sure be back! The Garland location was super convenient for us. The staff are so patient and kind. The amount of care the animals receive is just indescribable. I'm not an animal woman at all and these horses were gentle, patient and so sweet. I faced my fears and pet a few and I want to go back just to see them lol. The facility is very well-kept and clean considering what it is used for. I recommend taking your children for horse therapy and rehabilitation. If applicable to me I would be one of the first to sign up.

Ellie is the volunteer coordinator and she is so easy to talk to and makes it easy to communicate with her via text/email! She and everyone there make a point to thank you every time you come in too! Why do they need volunteers for class? Well, As many as 3 volunteers could surround and support a beginner or riders with more emotional or physical needs by holding them in the saddle, maybe just putting a hand on their leg so they know they are safe, etc.... While maybe 1 volunteer would be used for an experienced rider to simply lead the horse. I can't say enough about this place! Despite ongoing issues with over-ratio classrooms and understaffed mornings, nothing ever seems to change. When these concerns were brought up, the director was dismissive and unresponsive. It's clear that the management's priorities are not in the right place, and it creates a very unsafe and unprofessional environment for the kids. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone who values their child's safety and care. The only positive aspect of this daycare is Robin, the one staff member who truly cares about the children and goes above and beyond. Robin is wonderful and does her best despite the challenging circumstances, but it's unfair that she's left to handle everything on her own. The daycare is severely understaffed, with poor management that doesn't seem to care about the kids or support their staff. While Robin is fantastic, she deserves better, and so do the children. Every time I've interacted with the front staff at this daycare, it's been a frustrating experience. They consistently have bad attitudes, and I've caught them lying straight to my face on multiple occasions. It's clear that they have no interest in addressing concerns or providing accurate information. Their unprofessional behavior only adds to the already poor management and staffing issues at this facility. As you can imagine it is not the most ideal (is it ever?) to send a newborn to daycare. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. Every single employee is so pleasant to talk to. Their communication has been seamless. I am not able to physically meet her teachers, but we have had zoom calls and they have an amazing app that they send constant pictures and videos throughout the day. They do such a fantastic job at trying to figure out this whole new norm we are living in. Most importantly you can tell they loveeeeeee the kiddos. Genuinely love and are happy. I toured quite a few daycares and you can tell when employees are not happy. I could ramble on about all the great things, but you get the point. If you're looking for childcare in the area I HIGHLY suggest to check them out!
