I needed my brows to be done before Christmas, and with a last minute booking it was tough to get an appointment with her. She referred me to her co-worker, Zoe, which I was happy to schedule with . Splendid is located at the Pearl and it was pretty easy to find parking. Splendid had a nice spa feel when I walked in. Met Zoe and who was super sweet and answered all my questions. I had a brow wax, shape, and tint $40 We both agreed to a natural look, but honestly, I did not see much of a difference to my brows. She recommended a Revitalash product- brow conditioner, brow gel, and brow comb- $111. Gonna try it and see what happens....

I've also done my first lash lift with her and they came out great. Her prices are super reasonable, especially with the quality of her work. I would soooo recommend you check her out!!!

I thought it was weird but I said yes 12:45 right? She proceeded to say it was at 10:45. I thought ok no problem I can be there in 10mins. To which they declined stating there were no appointments available. Um hello? I was booked for a lash lift and eyebrow wax. That is at least an hour and half appointment. I could have still made it. In fact when I looked at my gps it was 8mins away. They proceeded to say no, the next available is 3:15 but I had to go to work so that wasn't working with me. Then they said well 2:45? I said, no I have to go to work. They ended up charging me full amount for a service they did not provide. Later she texted me to apologize that she miss understood my message about making my way over but I still got charged. Horrible customer service. I even tried to call to talk to someone and the number they were using was a not call number. I don't recommend this place at all.
