Cheryl, the owner, was knowledgable about the area and the history of the town. When I arrived I was invited to the inner waiting area which was nice and warm and served me a delicious loose leaf tea blend. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was easy going and I had plenty of time to relax before we started the massage. Barbara did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable and pampered. We really enjoyed the experience and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A great plus was that as compared with where we live, the price was about 30% less. Massage Envy's failure to respect cancellation requests and respond to concerns borders on unethical. I expected professionalism, but instead encountered mismanagement and a total lack of transparency. I strongly urge others to read the fine print and be cautious with this company.
