I booked them a few weeks ago to have my hair and makeup done for my wedding, 2 days after booking makeup , she cancelled, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This past Friday I called to book a few more appointments for the day for my mom, my sister, my future mother in law and 2 sister in laws. I was told they didn't know there stylistist schedules ,really?? Then just today I received a text at 6;30 am saying , from April, We are canceling your hair appointment for your wedding , SOMETHING CAME UP !! How shocking unprofessional , obviously providing a service and sticking to their clients appointments are NOT a priority , seems like kids running this place... I had a bad feeling last friday about them after the phone call, after the receptionist telling me,she's not sure of their stylists, schedules. I started talking to other places and a few people in the area, I was recommend to another established salon,called and booked today...WOW, what a difference in professionalism, service and communication!! I was able to book all of us in one call ,for hair and makeup, and was walked through exactly how they will take care of us on the day of the wedding.
