This past Friday I called to book a few more appointments for the day for my mom, my sister, my future mother in law and 2 sister in laws. I was told they didn't know there stylistist schedules ,really?? Then just today I received a text at 6;30 am saying , from April, We are canceling your hair appointment for your wedding , SOMETHING CAME UP !! How shocking unprofessional , obviously providing a service and sticking to their clients appointments are NOT a priority , seems like kids running this place... I had a bad feeling last friday about them after the phone call, after the receptionist telling me,she's not sure of their stylists, schedules. I started talking to other places and a few people in the area, I was recommend to another established salon,called and booked today...WOW, what a difference in professionalism, service and communication!!
