I went to my 3rd appointment, left with my bangs looking like a 3 year old cut them and hair color that was not close to what I wanted. She had to lighten my hair to get the color that I wanted but yet I left with VERY dark color hair. For the outrageous price you pay there, you should get perfect hair. When I said something, I was told that it could take a year to get the color I wanted. I would have NOT done my hair if I would have know I would have to wait a year. Not worth the money!!

She refuses to listen because she knows best. I made it clear what I wanted but she did it her way and my hair looks AWFUL! Her eye sight isn't good, she buys the drug store glasses even though she needs prescription ones. If you see my hair you'd understand. I asked to see another stylist and she said no and proceeded to act like a child and hung up on me! When I tried to call back to part amicably, she answered and hung up immediately!! What business owner does that! Also, beware! She's far far right and a conspiracy theorist! She'll make you listen to her, even though I had a book, she turned up the volume on some far right podcast. I would get anxiety attacks before going to her. I want to thank her for being and talking like a child, telling me no one wants me! I go to a grown up hair salon now. The only positive is that her prices are cheap!
