Matt, the manager, told us not to worry about it and said he'd let me train there for 5 days instead of just the one. Nothing was ever signed. It was a guest pass, not a membership. Fast forward to now: my mom is going through her credit card statements and realizes Matt quietly signed me up for a real membership without either of us knowing. She's been charged every single month for two years, her membership and mine, and neither of us ever agreed to that second charge. When we called Matt out on it, he said he had no idea what we were talking about and wasn't willing to fix it. Over the years I brought 7 people into this gym, family and friends included.
