Doctor was super friendly, Chairopractor guy/owner did a great job and the massage was exactly what I needed. Rooms were normal small rooms with nice heaters so I was comfortable and there was great communication with how I was feeling the whole time. I mean for what they have and the amount of classes, I say this is definitely worth it, compared to another UFC gym I've seen.

The manager, Jason Gwaltney, said he would correct it & I should have my credit in a few days. Over a week goes by, still no credit. I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Today I got a phone call from the gym and one from corporate to let me know that I owe them $300 plus late fees. Jason was not returning my phone calls but when corporate transferred me he picked up. Instead of apologizing about not handling the situation he revoked my membership. I got confirmation of the cancelation within minutes. Too bad he couldn't handle my credit this quickly. Please google Jason Gwaltney...I would love for everyone to see his mug shot and why he was arrested.

Matt, the manager, told us not to worry about it and said he'd let me train there for 5 days instead of just the one. Nothing was ever signed. It was a guest pass, not a membership. Fast forward to now: my mom is going through her credit card statements and realizes Matt quietly signed me up for a real membership without either of us knowing. She's been charged every single month for two years, her membership and mine, and neither of us ever agreed to that second charge. When we called Matt out on it, he said he had no idea what we were talking about and wasn't willing to fix it. Over the years I brought 7 people into this gym, family and friends included. Every one of them is a mistake I'd take back. Pull up their BBB profile before you sign up, the complaints there tell you everything you need to know about how this place handles billing. We want every dollar they took without our consent refunded, and if that doesn't happen we're prepared to go to court over it.

Then I heard about the trainers at Emerge that could come work on yoga and pilates with me in my own apartment. I thought, "why not give it a go?" It was so convenient to have the trainer come to me, and they were so flexible about timing with my work schedule. They're experienced to work with clients from beginner to advanced levels, so don't worry about your skill level. After the first session, I was amazed at how much of a good workout it was. I've done 4 sessions now, and I can actually see the results - I'm clearly getting more flexible and achieving a stronger core.
