Couldn't have been happier with Studio 27!!! We used them for our engagement photos, wedding photos, video and even DJ! They have great packages and you will not be disappointed! We had NEO and Paulo for our wedding and they both did an amazing job! Everybody from the assistants to the front desk staff were incredible! Lauren and Tina helped us so much with our packages and schedules -- we couldn't believe how smoothly everything went! They're located right in the heart of Massapequa. I know there's a lot for you to choose from when getting married and a lot of it can be overwhelming... let Studio 27 put you at ease with their amazing packages! They're fun and will definitely be a great choice for your special day!

We were married Sept. 2017 and booked S27 for photo, video, and DJ/live entertainment. Boy Wonder was our photographer and he was so much fun and took so many beautiful photos for us. Sam was our cinematographer and, although we haven't gotten our video back yet, we are certain he killed it in true S27 fashion. Our MC Dan did a great job keeping the crowd's energy up and he was so helpful throughout the planning process. If you're looking to book performers of any kind, we totally recommend doing a Saxophonist. We had one as well as a Percussionist but our Saxophonist Curtis was able to interact with the crowd so much more- he was dancing with everyone and everyone loved him being there. S27 was, by far, our favorite vendor out of everyone we booked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks Lauren, Tina, and the entire S27 team!

Long over due. Unfortunately for me, Studio 27 made too many mistakes worth forgiving. Further my wedding was May of 2017, and I am still trying to tie loose ends together with the company. Let's pretend for a minute that the photos were what is advertised (which they're not), the only way I received any type of photo/video/trailer was me initiating the conversation which prompted a response "oh yes they're ready". 4 weeks for sneak peak photos (even though after 1 week they told me they'd send some over), no editing, terrible lighting, and too busy talking to get the shot I paid the drone for. Moreover the GM Lauren refunded $300 for the missed drone shot and a "free" wedding album. (I put free in parentheses because I had to pay $300 for the cover that I liked because it was the only thing not included in the "free" album, which I was recieving due to their negligence and general inability to do their job as photographers, and deliver what was advertised and sold.) Later I found out from Franco, an owner, Lauren had to pay back out of pocket, the $300 refund, because it was "unauthorized". My photographer was Matt, who admitted at the Larkfield he'd never seen the grounds; how am I paying almost $10k and the photographer doesn't even know the location/grounds. The detail in my dress? Not one photo that highlighted it. A photo of me with my family? Non existent. A photo with my grandparents? Negative. BETTER, one of the WHOLE bridal party, non existent. Night shots? They claim they "asked the groom", who does not recall them "asking". In fact my husband is the one who noted the lack of night shots. Studio 27 claims this was "a missed match" photographer to client however, I believe that they advertise a specific photographer, Neo, and unfortunately he can not shoot every wedding... so those who do not get Neo get 1995 photos, generic and unfortunately not worth 1/5 of what was paid. Thankfully, I was able to reshoot with neo (even though I spent nearly 1k in flowers, hair make up blah blah) with Neo and he was able to get some flawless shots worth framing. Everything with them is pulling teeth. If they're going to miss a deadline, they blame it on "the outside company" that's handling it, A death, Or simply don't reply to your email. Once the wedding is over, you are on your own! Pick your own photos, buy your own USB, build your own album, etc. Don't expect help and certainly don't expect a response. Think twice, and if you book be specific. Ask for Neo. Don't accept whoever they assign you. I also booked the DJ and unfortunately I felt like I was at my grandmas 50 birthday brunch. The music was easily from the late 80s (meanwhile I was born in the early 90's) and I didn't even know half the songs. There were a few requested songs, that got played while we were in another room for the Venetian hour, which I heard faintly in the distance. And my dad requested a song to be played for him and my Mom to dance to, since they hadn't had a formal wedding of there own, and that never happened. This complaint takes a back seat. If I could do it again, I'd stay away.

I can not even begin to discuss the disappointment with this company and no one should feel…read moredisappointed on their wedding day. The photos I received from my wedding were terrible. Amanda was my photographer. The assistant photographer did a better job than my main photographer. The photos looked like an absolute mess. The getting ready photos that we're taken in my house, we're not set up by the photographer at all. She was just snapping photos from every angle with dresses, bags in the back, my bridesmaids in the back doing their own make up, all the bridal robes all over the place. When I brought this to their attention they used Covid as an excuse that they are unable to move things out of the photo and lack of space in houses (Funny - because my house has a ton of space). The whole point of having a photographer is to set up the scene if they didn't think the photo looked nice then she should've moved me to a different angle with nothing in the background. They also used the excuse that these were all candid shots. A candid shot is still set up nicely. I will The photographer put no creativity and energy into taking the photos, it was as if she just snapped a random 2000 photos and hoped for the best. When the photographer walked in, one thing I was specific about was where to take my detailed shots. I showed her the location of where I wanted them and trusted her that they would be done this way. She instead took it upon herself to use a different scene with my kitchen and microwave in the background of the photos. She was too busy in my house taking pictures of random things, like a half eaten tray of fruit, a tray of bagels that was already cut into, magnets on my fridge, and picture frames in my house instead of focusing on me and setting up the scene to make the photos look nice. Some of the most important moments such as the first look with my father, walking down the aisle with my father were messed up and blurry. These are photos that I would never be able to retake. I was actually concerned and wanted to bring it to the attention of Silver Fox and had a nasty response from Danielle, basically blaming everything on candid shots and Covid. I was then redirected to the manager and explained everything to him. I also mentioned why we didn't take more photos outside and his response was the photographer said it was cold out. My wedding was in March, obviously it was cold but I was the one in the dress and I was not complaining. He acknowledged that my photographer did remember me specifically telling her where to take the detailed shots and instead did it in a different place with the kitchen as a backdrop anyway. I was told that since I am feeling this way he could edit 20 photos for me. After spending almost $6000, being extremely disappointed and embarrassed to show people my wedding photos, I do not think that editing 20 photos would correct how I felt. It was the way the photographer did the job. Apparently after several emails, the photos are up to Silver Fox studios standards. That says a lot and anyone that is reading this review should know that apparently they have very low standards. I got better pictures from my friends iPhones the following day.

Fast forward to when we got our wedding pictures back and everything went downhill. Prior to our final meeting we were given a "shot list" that included pictures that are taken and we were given the opportunity to add anything else. Well, we kept it as is with the exception of a picture or two. The main photographer assigned to me (the bride) is highly recommended but honestly, I would think 1000 times before recommending her. She dropped the ball on so many pictures. Failed to capture A LOT of the typical pictures; not to mention they were on Silverfox's shot list. I asked for a picture with my MOH/sister and was told we would take them later..I mean, excuse you but we're taking this picture now. Then we were taking family pictures and she felt the need to single out a very close relative - making her feel bad. Again, they are my pictures and if I'm not kicking anyone out of my pictures, why are you?! Our videographer was no better. Our second photographer was honestly the better of the group so kudos to her. When I took my concerns to the Silverfox team, specifically the General Manager. Although he tried to work with us, we were still very underwhelmed. He agreed that a lot of coverage was missed and although he recreated some important pictures, I'll always know they were recreated. He "comped" our thank you cards; however, we received the first set and they were truly unacceptable. They were stained and the corners appeared burnt. Once I sent him pictures of them, he agreed that they were horrible and agreed to create another batch. Well I went to pick them up this time and to no surprise, they were still unacceptable and I'm truly embarrassed and refuse to send them out. I reached out via email and phone and didn't hear back. I asked for the contact information for the owner and once again, the GM put me on the back burner. Of course they were paid and are happy; however, we were not happy with the service they provided. The team at Silverfox should be held accountable especially when they provide a shot list and lack in producing the pictures and for the unacceptable thank you cards they produce. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I could go on and on about our experience with them.

He was so supportive throughout the pandemic. He did a touching engagement video as the world was opening back up and got to know us. He captured our personalities and relationship so well. During our wedding, his humor and energy kept us and our wedding party laughing and smiling throughout the morning. My wife, Joanna and I found Craig at a bridal showcase about a year before our wedding and immediately knew we wanted him to be our videographer (make that cinematographer) for our wedding, even if it meant changing our wedding day! Craig's motto is that he doesn't just create a wedding video... he creates a love story. His warm (sometimes eccentric?) personality, uncompromising work ethic, and creative vision will result in an absolutely amazing trailer and video of your wedding day! And did I mention he has drones, 360 cameras, and even GoPros? That's in addition to the traditional equipment of course. Of all the vendors we had to select for our wedding day, we knew that video would be the most important (after all, you'll be watching the video with your family and friends for decades to remember your wedding by), and we are SO glad we made the investment in Craig and his terrific company. The first step with Craig is to schedule a time to meet in his office, where he'll show you some of the videos he's produced and ask about your vision for your wedding. When you book TAWP, you're actually booking Craig (he shoots every event himself), and his spaces book up quickly, so be sure to see him as soon as you can! He'll then come up with a package deal for you that aligns with that vision (we selected the Paparazzi package, which included an engagement shoot, drones, GoPros, and DVDs--it was well worth the price!). Soon after, you'll book an engagement shoot with Craig. He weaves the footage from the engagement shoot into your wedding footage, which really helps to tell an incredible story about you as a couple. The engagement shoot was also a LOT of fun and helps you become more familiar with Craig's style (similar to how you would want to do an engagement shoot with your wedding photographer). What's most impressive about Craig (aside from his brilliant vision and flawless execution) is how much he truly cares about his couples. He gets to know you like family and keeps in touch with you throughout your engagement and beyond! We found ourselves chatting with Craig more than any other vendor and thought of him like family, so on our wedding day we had already built this incredible rapport. And boy does his level of care show on the wedding day itself! Craig was literally working up a sweat on our wedding day, working so hard to ensure he got all the footage he needed (and more) from every conceivable angle to produce an amazing video for us. All the while it was easy to tell how much fun he has and how much he loves his job... it helped us to have a more fun day as well! He kept everything light and enjoyable the entire day. Just in case you're skeptical, check out some of the videos he's produced on his website. You'll fall in love with his work like we did! You can check out our trailer at https://vimeo.com/234902460 Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Ben as well, who was Craig's assistant for our shoot and an exceptional cinematographer as well. Ben showed up at my house to film the "getting ready" shots with my groomsmen and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire day. Craig surrounds himself with terrific professionals, which made our wedding day even more enjoyable! So what are you waiting for?? Book Craig for your wedding (or bar/bat mitzvah, sweet 16, etc.)!!
