When I went to tan Feb 2nd I was denied access I was told to contact customer service. When I did my call was answered by the worst customer service representative I have ever delt with. I asked why I was being cut off after just 21 days. I was told their billing starts over on the 1st of the month. Okay fine but you are denying 10 days of which I already paid for. This person did not care or seem to understand the concept of theft. Her attitude was to bad so sad. Lesson learned. I will be loud in telling people to stay away from Totally tan and spa.

I was nervous as 1) I have never had this done before (I had tried home kits but never had any luck) and 2) my teeth are very sensitive.
