Totally Tan is simple, clean and provides a lot of different package options for the tanning enthusiast and for me, on a as-needed basis. Option 1: You can pay for a certain amount of points that will allow you to pick from a selection of beds (eg. A level 3 bed for 1 point, level 4 bed for 2 points, etc). Option 2: Pay a one-time activation fee of $49.99 for a monthly subscription of varying levels. I did the math: At $35 for the most basic subscription of unlimited Level 3 tans, at one tan per week for two months, that comes out to $15/tan. I went with Option 1 so I paid $164 for 20 points.. since I'll be using a Level 3 bed, that comes out to $8.20 per tan and I get to go whenever I want. Option 2 is only worth it if you're going at least 2x a week. Each booth comes with a standard towel, eye protection, and a plastic neck rest. Wish they had a full length mirror in each room (they're inexpensive and would add value) but you'll have to settle for a small face mirror that's not really a mirror. Jan 11 2026 I purchased what I thought to be 30 days of tanning and spa services (all access package) The nice ladies who work at the store told me if I did not want go beyond the 30 days of services I would need to cancel before Jan 19th which I did. When I went to tan Feb 2nd I was denied access I was told to contact customer service. When I did my call was answered by the worst customer service representative I have ever delt with. I asked why I was being cut off after just 21 days. I was told their billing starts over on the 1st of the month. Okay fine but you are denying 10 days of which I already paid for. This person did not care or seem to understand the concept of theft. Her attitude was to bad so sad. Lesson learned. I will be loud in telling people to stay away from Totally tan and spa.

I'm super fair and pink toned so I have a really difficult time finding a tan that doesn't run orange on me or too dark, mine was the perfect tone here. I had a great experience with the staff at this location - were they a little salesy? Sure, but nothing too pushy so I didn't mind. The employee that sprayed me was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. The tan itself only took about 10 minutes, nice easy and quick. I bought a travel moisturizer and extender since I'm out of town for two weeks - they run pricey but it was worth trying. I would say,: find your own moisturizer but the extend is super helpful. A tip is to start extend on day 3 of your tan and it should keep it in tact better - I started day 4 and it definitely helped but I'm still a bit patchy (nothing too noticeable). However, this is not about her so I will give the overall salon 1 star in customer service. I tried to schedule an appointment with Devin earlier this week, I got the other spray tanner/manager, Alyssa. She was rude when I said I wanted to schedule an appointment with Devin and not her. The first time I called she said she was busy and would call me back after she checked in someone. I never received a call. I then called back the next day. At that time I told Alyssa (who answered the phone) that she never called me back. She said she did (though I have a cell phone and NEVER received a message or a missed call). She then said she couldn't 'hear' me and would need to call me back. She didn't call me back. I then called 30 mins later and she hung up on me. I then called back and she said she couldn't 'hear' me and would need to call me later to schedule. I finally was able to schedule an appointment with another employee. I find this unacceptable customer service.

I first started going to get a "base tan" before a winter getaway to Puerto Rico, and I've remained a regular customer ever since. The place is very clean and cozy, the staff are friendly and don't try to upsell you like many other tanning salons, and it's never been so busy that I've had to wait for a bed. I usually just buy a package of 5-10 sessions in their regular 20 minute beds (they also have 10-minute beds and a standup bed), but I also love to treat myself to their custom spray tans. Devin is the best at spray tanning! She's really sweet and professional, fast, and gives you an even, glowing tan that glows for 5-7 days (depending on how you care for your skin afterwards). The best part about the custom spray tans is they actually look natural, not orange at all. So if you shun the sun but want a tan for some other reason, such as a wedding or vacation, spray tanning is the way to go! I've never had any of their spa services there, but I would like to. I know tanning is bad for my skin. I know this! But with suffering through 6-8 months of cold weather & gloomy skies each year (and the Seasonal Affective Disorder that accompanies it), spending a few minutes fake baking once or twice a week each winter provides an enormous boost to my mental health, so for me, the risk is worth the reward.

This then led to both of them needing to heat up their wax which took up more time too as the other esthetician requested some of my esthetician's wax while I awkwardly stood in the corner of the room waiting to undress. They both were very kind but it was really a let down because I was on a tight schedule today and the whole appointment took 30 minutes when it typically should take 10-15. ABOUT SERVICE: I have gotten a brazilian multiple times before at other places and have done so much research on how it is done, and the way it was being done to me was incredibly painful and caused irritation. Not only was the wax being applied while not melted enough, the esthetician was spreading the wax in all directions and lifting the stick which tugged and caused a lot of discomfort for me. She then applied a strip and pulled in all directions instead of against the grain. This caused wax to continue to stick onto my skin where she repeatedly tried to use the strip to stick and pull off wax (this caused major discomfort to me skin even after I left). After the waxing she used tweezers to get majority of the leftover hair (thankfully), but then proceeded to just put powder on my skin and said I was done. I got home with wax still sticky on my skin and discomfort when urinating and wiping even hours after the appointment. This would have been a completely different story if it was one or the other, but being late and doing an improper service really bummed me out and I hope my skin heals soon. I just really wanted good service and hope people see this and do some more research before committing!
