With multiple spaces for different backgrounds it creates a wonderful experience and variety of final shots. My client and I had the sunshine room for an hour and I was able to have a final 110 shots for them. They provide excellent natural lighting and additional if needed. I was able to have 10 different background styles and functions for my shots. During our shoot it had a Christmas set up that featured 3 different Christmas trees! I interviewed 3 local photographers and…read morechose Wallflower because they were the most affordable, I felt comfortable with them (husband and wife team) and because I liked their photo-journalistic style of photography. As it turns out, they're also award-winning photographers. For almost 1/2 to 1/3 the price of other wedding photographers, I got 2 photographers and 4 hours work (at the wedding and reception site) from them. They used professional digital cameras, were willing to do some retouching and provided a proof book and cd's of all the photos. They also provided black and white and sepia toned photos, along w/ color photos. They were incredibly easy to work with. They listened to our particular needs and were very responsive regarding emails and voice mails. I definitely recommend them and look forward to using them as our family grows (for portraits).

I love the photojournalist style of photography they use (candids vs a lot of posed shots). Their style really reflected their name. We rarely noticed them that day. We did our posed shots before the ceremony and then they just let the day flow. When we got our CD of photos we were blown away! They did an incredible job coming up with artistic posed shots and getting candids that truly captured the spirit of the day and the personality of our friends and family. Without torturing our friends and family we went in search of a photographer that would take "real life" photos. Then we found Tonya Todd Photography. Our kids took to her immediately, she is very easy going and friendly! She has a very unique style with her photography which is very laid back and not posed. Having two kids, I know it is not easy catching a good shot at the right moment. (At least for me!) We ended up with some great candid shots of both our children and of us too. We have now used her a couple of times and have referred her out to family and friends for weddings and family portraits. They have all been extremely happy with her work. As for pricing, I have found her to be more reasonable than other photographers in the area. But for us, we can be assured quality photos to share with our family and friends.
