Potential buyers are outraged to get small condo, pay between 300 K - 400 K and on top of that almost $500.00 in association monthly fees. For some of us this is a car payment. Also noticed they adjusted the layout a bit this year (especially around the Rise Up stage), and it worked. Way smoother flow overall. GA+ still not exactly bursting at the seams, but hey, more room for the rest of us. Sound? On point. Setup? Thought out. Experience (overall)? Actually great. Now... the people. Let's just say there comes a moment in life where you realize a fan base is no longer your fan base. And for me, that moment was somewhere between hour 8 and hour 9 of holding down my spot, when I got full-on trampled by someone who apparently believed personal space is a myth. Ma'am. I had been standing there for nearly 9 hours. NINE. This was not a casual pop-in situation. Up until that point, everything had been amazing. The music, the energy, the flow, chef's kiss. But that one interaction? Immediate vibe break. There is a parking garage available, but it does require payment. We also noticed an additional open lot next to the garage where you can park for free; however, it is gated and the surface is mostly dirt and rocks, so just something to keep in mind. One thing we didn't come across was a public restroom, so it's unclear where the nearest one is located. Overall, it's a great area to visit and enjoy events. My only suggestion would be to add more parking options or provide a designated free parking area for visitors, so not everyone has to pay for parking.

The Green Belt is located in the heart of Scottsdale and is 11 miles long. It extends from Shea Boulevard in central Scottsdale all the way to Tempe Town Lake. The Scottsdale Green Belt is also known as Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt. It consists of parks, lakes, trails, picnic tables, gardens, and golf courses. There are so many activities to enjoy here like fishing, volleyball, and bike riding. My personal favorites are disc golf and the skate park. I like to stop here and break out my longboard for a ride. The nice about the Green Belt is that it is pretty well lit at night if you want to hang out later hours.

You will see rabbits, squirrels, ducks, turtles, fish, and a wide variety of birds. It feels like every time we go, we see something new. It is also one of the few places in the Phoenix area where you can see pelicans out in the wild, which is really cool. On our last visit we saw a coyote, a whole flock of pelicans take off and soar for a long stretch, and a bunch of little duck families with baby ducks. It is just a really peaceful place to spend some time. This is a perfect spot for a walking date or to bring the family and enjoy being outside. Definitely one of the better outdoor spots in the area.
