The place Is small and seems to be popular, when we walked in all 4 barbers where busy cutting someone's hair, we proceeded to wait about 15-20 minutes with no hurry it went by fast. The gentleman that cut my son's hair were professional and pretty fast and did a good job. Price wise I think for a barber shop they are kind of expensive but nowadays everything is expensive, i know rent can be expensive specially in a historic building in Longwood. Booked an appointment same day and accidentally put it in my calendar for the wrong time so I…read moremissed my appointment. I called to attempt to resolve the situation and the first person I spoke with said I would not be charged but he couldn't actually resolve it so I needed to call back later. Called later and the woman I spoke to refused to allow me to speak with a manager and only told me that the owner is very strict on this and so she would be immediately charging my card for missing the appointment. I asked 3 times to speak with a manager and she refused to allow me to speak with anyone else and didn't even listen to my explanation of what had occurred. Horrible customer service.
