Used Dustin Stucki as a mediator for a divorce. He is amazing! Great to work with and costs are very reasonable.

Review for my attorney, CJ Grotewohl…read more When I found myself in a very difficult and confusing situation(domestic violence), CJ Grotewohl became not just an attorney, but a true source of support. From the very first conversation, I could feel that this was someone who truly listens, understands, and is ready to fight for my best interests with full dedication. He never made unrealistic promises -- instead, he clearly explained what was possible, what to expect, and was always honest in his communication. I especially appreciated that transparency, clarity, and confidence in every step we took. And especially in court, when stress and tension were at their highest, his calm presence and confidence had such a grounding effect on me. The way he carried himself, his steady voice, his composure -- all of it gave me a deep sense of peace and reassurance during the most anxious moments. CJ worked on my case with such care and involvement, as if he were defending a friend, not just a client. He kept me informed of every update, answered all my questions, supported me when I felt hopeless, and never let me give up. Thanks to his professionalism and experience, we achieved exactly the outcome we were hoping for. Most importantly, I felt protected, heard, and that justice was on my side. I also want to thank Oksana Shumyak, who helped with translations during this process. She made complex and unclear moments much easier for me to understand, and that support was very valuable. Thank you, CJ, for everything. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy, dedicated attorney, I can wholeheartedly recommend you.

Some time went by and the case was re opened by my ex-wife and we realized my original divorce lawyer made many mistakes. Tatyana acted fast and professional in correcting those mistakes. Luckily it went well, because it could have been worst. You always hear stories about divorce horror stories, but this one ended great thanks to Tatyana.

I retained attorneys Tiffany Andrews and Melissa Cantu for my family law matter after my daughter…read morewas born. At the time, my daughter was hospitalized, and I was in a very vulnerable and overwhelmed situation. I had paid the required retainer, but I was repeatedly contacted about additional payments and was pressured to continue paying substantial legal fees. Because I was unfamiliar with the legal process and did not know what other options were available to me, I continued with the representation. Throughout the years they represented me, I questioned several charges on my account that I did not understand or believed were for work that had not been performed. On multiple occasions, Melissa Cantu credited my account after I raised billing concerns. One of my biggest concerns was how the case was handled. After my former spouse and I began communicating and working toward agreements on our own, I felt that I was repeatedly encouraged to continue fighting and pursuing disputes rather than resolving matters when possible. In my experience, this made an already difficult divorce more contentious and increased the amount of time and money I spent on the case. As a single mother dealing with a family law matter during an extremely vulnerable period of my life, I felt that my circumstances and lack of legal knowledge left me particularly vulnerable to pressure regarding legal fees and continuing litigation. My experience left me feeling that I was not being given enough emphasis on resolving matters efficiently when agreements were possible. After the representation ended, I attempted to resolve the remaining fee dispute directly with the office. We mutually discussed and agreed on $7,000 as the amount to resolve the matter, excluding late fees, and I understood this reflected a significant reduction. Based on that agreement, I removed reviews I had previously posted about my experience. After I later emailed to clarify the agreement and the amount being held in the trust account, communication regarding the agreement stopped, and late fees continued to accrue despite my attempts to resolve the issue. I also have concerns about the billing and handling of my case. For example, I questioned charges for periods when my former spouse's attorney was reportedly on medical leave. I was also frequently provided documents shortly before hearings and had very little time to review or understand them, despite repeatedly explaining this concern. I also recently discovered that an FL-141 form I completed and provided to the attorneys may not have been filed. I relied on my attorneys to handle the necessary filings in my case, so this was particularly concerning to me. Overall, my experience left me with serious concerns about billing, communication, case management, and whether the legal strategy being recommended was actually helping me resolve my divorce efficiently. I believe my divorce became more difficult and expensive than it needed to be. I am attaching a screenshot that provides additional context regarding the initial agreement.

To be honest, prior to retaining legal counsel with Kelly I had a huge amount of foreboding and…read moreanxiety. The reason of course was that in the back of my mind I was secretly wondering if she was not only competent but also wether she might be one of those attorney's that might just string me along just to collect another paycheck. Alas all my fears were laid to rest as Kelly was not only competent and more than professional in the court room as she was also a voice of inspiration and emotional support during a time in my life that was very trying. Without trying to over sell her services, Kelly not only represented me in an exemplary manner but she went out of her way to help minimize the cost of her services to me- which as a single Mom with limited resources meant the world to me. All told Kelly actually made me think contrary to popular opinion that all attorney's weren't that bad and in fact- maybe a few- were honest, decent, moral, and upstanding people whom you would actually be better for knowing. I can absolutely say without a doubt if you want professional representation by someone who gets the big picture and who is just a damn good person go with Kelly. You won't be disappointed.
