I wanted to take a moment and leave this review for Matthew and Garrett at Stutz Law office. I don't have a lot of experience dealing with law offices and lawyers, but from the very beginning the experience with their office was markedly different. We had received bad advice from a previous office, but Matthew really took the time to make sure we understood what our options were and assure that we came to the best resolution for our specific situation. We had been told that our case was complex and were not eligible for some legal options, but Matthew was open to exploring all the options and it worked out better than we could have hoped when we first made contact with him. Their level of communication was unmatched from anyone I've dealt with before, and they consistently responded in a timely manner with all pertinent information included in every email. This includes on the weekends, over holidays, etc. Garrett was impressively exceptional in both his attention to detail and promptness. I never felt compelled to email back for clarification or found myself needing more information, as they always provided a comprehensive snapshot of where we were at when they needed anything from me. I haven't dealt with anyone that was more prompt and thorough than their office. As I said, coming from a higher priced office in Roseville that claimed to do the best job for their clients, I would say that is not accurate. The best job for our case was done by Stutz Law Office, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They charged less, communicated more and more effectively, and were able to get our case resolved in a very timely manner. My name is Mark M. This law office saved my financial life. Let me start by saying that I consulted with 3 lawyers. I did not go with this group because they were the cheapest, although they were the most affordable quote, I went with them because they made me a priority when I called. My Chapter 7 was a no asset discharge and I had massive unsecured debts that I could not pay for. Here is my review with Stutz Law Office, I was a single father of one (a boy by the name of Junebug) who son was taking away from him for a year and a half. I miss Christmas, Thanksgiving, both our birthday's, was very sad & lost jobs behind this I miss a lot. During this time I'm in and out of court by myself for a five month period until i hit a wall. This is a fantastic and helpful law office! I am so relieved I contacted the Stutz Law Office. I was not sure how to handle a wage garnishment order that came right before Thanksgiving. Can you believe it? The creditor made the judgement in 2012 and they took over 7 years to get their money. Well, I have two kids to support and no child support. In fact, I was unable to respond or prevent my wages from being garnished. It happened so quickly. I was very upset since I was losing 25% of my wages weekly. On top of it, it was regarding a debt that belonged to my oldest child's dad, probably 10 years ago, that I cosigned along with two other people.
