If Terry had, as the forensic financial analyst he said he was, he would have immediately recognized that we had a 10 year interest-only loan and that the many principal payments that had been made by my now mentally disabled wife over the 7 years we were with the Ocwen loan servicing company were extra payments made by my now mentally ill wife but was unable to tell me she had made them since she had lost her memory Terry managed to charge me exactly $7,500 that matched our retainer paid initially to communicate with the defendants attorney and then evaluate her analysis of our payments and inform me that someone, but not Nationstar who was our defendant, had forged the addendum that changed our 30-year fixed loan to a 10 year interest only loan when I offered them to him he would have recognized that our loan was a 10 year interest only loan. Had Terry simply accepted our loan statements when he accepted our case from our loan servicing companies, he would have recognized that we had an illegal 10-year fixed interest only loan with Nationstar but that Nationstar could not be proved to be responsible for the forgery as the loan company and that it was likely the loan agents that forged the 10-year interest only loan addendum back in 2005 when almost all loan companies were doing similar illegal actions. Terry recognized we were both mentally disabled and easy targets to over charge for his services and Terry could have resolved our confusion with Nationstar loan servicing company immediately when he accepted our case if he would have simply accepted the monthly loan statements I offered him and looked at our mortgage statements as I asked him to do when he accepted our case and we would have saved us $7,500.00.
