I never had to try and talk a salesman into selling me a $26K vehicle before but that is what I had to go through with Rick. Three times he said he would call me back and three times he never did and I was the one who had to keep calling back. All I can say is that I was ready to make a purchase but just required a little more information. Rick seemed like he couldn't care less what I did or what I was asking him for. Not the way to treat a customer nor run a vehicle sales department. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a 30+ year old truck.
