They never have time for Groupon customers and always come up with excuses--spring break, not enough staff, etc. They rarely pick up the phone; I had to leave voicemails and only got a call back the next day. Customer service is 0/10. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the whole setup feels shady. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
