I have an account with tuition options for my school loan. Having made a payment on time, I was…read moresurprised to get an automated call saying my payment was late. After four attempts to call and talk to a person (and getting shoved to voicemail, and they never returned my call) I finally talked to a very rude man that insisted my payment didn't go through or was just never made (they keep no records of attempted payments) and claimed my account was past due and now included a late fee! Despite my diplomatic efforts, he stubbornly refused to remove the fee, and was quite obnoxious about it. I strongly recommend against using tuition options; they're business seems convenient otherwise, but if you have a problem with your account they will not help you resolve it! I should note that Christina at technical support was very pleasant and helpful in regaining access to my online account.

Thank you!

IMPORTANT EDIT: I've attempted to share my experience with this business by reviewing them on…read moreFacebook, not once, but twice. Both reviews have been deleted In the span of 24 hours. I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.

For starters, I called and left messages trying to connect with someone for services for 28 days! I am not exaggerating because I have the dates written down. Finally, we connected and I signed up for their webinar sessions and that was disappointing as well. The host whom I will not mention, was rude, impatient, talked redundantly about other things or the same. Closed the session and just said to listen to her. For career coaches, they lack follow up, professionalism, proper demeanor and it makes me skeptical as to where they will take me.
