DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP…read more I paid $75 a few days before my grandmother's birthday online for a beautiful bouquet. On her birthday she didn't mention anything about the flowers so I called the shop at 4:30 pm their time (2:30 mine) and they said they were just putting them on the delivery truck to go out. It seemed awfully late but I let it go. Days later my grandmother still didn't mention the flowers so I asked her about them. I then found out no flowers had ever been delivered to her home. I called the flower shop numerous times and I left a very professional voicemail asking about the mixup and for a call back. They never answered or returned any of my phone calls. I'm very disappointed in this shop. I thought originally it was a mixup until they wouldn't return my phone calls. It's now clear to me that they lied and took my money while also leaving my grandma without any birthday flowers from me for the first time in years.
