They tested the water, diagnosed the problem and gave me the information I needed to get a proprietary part from Culligan. Culligan was very hard to reach and finally told me the parts were no longer available for the unit that I had. I ended up getting a new softener unit from Waterflo. I also got a reverse osmosis system, and loved the work they did. I ended up called them when I had issues with my main infow tank, which they replaced, and they added a water measurement and leak detection system as part of that job. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they've been very responsive and made suggestions that saved money and resulted in a better installation. I also needed a dry well put in, and when I mentioned Waterflo to all of the companies that bid on the dry well work, all of them had nothing but good things to say about Waterflo! Once the well was installed, Waterflo came back just to make sure that the connections to the new dry well were done correctly!!
