I politely said that I would come on a later day, if the doctor wants to take extra time with his other patient. However, the receptionist wanted to charge me for full treatment. I said "this is unfair", for which she replied that I have to any way pay full price for the visit. I offered to pay for the massage, I repeat I offered to pay, which she declined. When I reiterated that this is unfair, she escalated and started arguing with me. Never had such a bad experience with any chiropractor office in the last 10 years. Never coming here!!!

It cost me $3.5k to get back on the road. So I was on an annual basis when I went to the petro in boardentown. He warned me of a cardiac issue and how to recognize further symptoms and wanted me to do further testing that I denied. I just wanted a DOT because when I returned to the west coast I had a full physical scheduled, but I got a 60 day DOT instead just to get me home. He told me what to look out for and what to do if it happens and I remembered it when I had a heart attack in Texas a few days later and the cardiologist said that it saved my life! So, fast forward to today I have changed my lifestyle and lost weight and just an hour ago I called to make an appointment because I'm driving through town and I wanted my wife to meet them and for her to get her first B-12 shot. Everything was going wonderfully until Dr. Manning abruptly fired Dr. B. Since my insurance paperwork was already filed with PHP, I stayed with Dr. Manning to finish my treatment. My insurance company ruled that my care was finished in January 2020. In summer 2021 Dr. Manning mailed me a bill for $3000 for care. We emailed back and forth. I called my insurance company. I emailed Dr. Manning three times without reply. In November 2021, without having heard from him after three months, I emailed him again letting him know I considered the case closed. He wrote be back an incredibly rude email stating, "I'll consider this closed when it has a resolution. I will not email you with no news as it wastes my time to do so." I am shocked that a doctor would say that to a patient and that any human would call another suffering human being a waste of their time!
