Nick, helped right from the start (I knew what I was looking for) and he was able to help make sure the tires I needed were the right ones for my SUV. He commented that he could try to get them for me same day but I planned to come a few days later, Nick stated he'd have them ready for me when I came to the shop. When I arrived for installation, I was taken right away and assured it would only be around 30 minutes. I was directed to pay (use cash to avoid the 3% credit fee) and by the time I was done, my tires were already off and being swapped out. I didn't notice a waiting area (it was a bit cold out but tolerable) but in honesty, it wasn't really needed as I basically blinked and my new tires were on and I was being told that I was ready to go. Overall, every single person I interacted with was absolutely amazing. From talking to Nick to get the right tire and have all my questions answered, to the man directing me to the correct bay to pull my car in, to the cashier (slightly hard to hear with all the noise but ok), to the two men who installed my new tires, I was incredibly impressed! I'll be sure to recommend every person to here if they want fast, reliable, and knowledgeable experience.

However, my experience with billing and customer service after the fact was disappointing. I booked the appointment online with a $35 off alignment coupon, but at checkout they didn't apply it. When I asked only a $30 discount was applied that I didn't see until I left, trusting the first question was enough for the coupon application. I contacted customer service to correct the difference or get clarity why it wasn't applied trustingly, and instead of resolving it over the phone, I was told I would need to drive back to the store in person just to fix a $5 discrepancy. While I understand policies and verification processes, it was frustrating that a clear advertised discount couldn't be adjusted without returning to the location. It felt like an unnecessary inconvenience for a small and clearly identifiable issue. Overall, the service at the shop was fine, but the customer support process for resolving simple billing errors could definitely be improved. I would recommend double-checking your invoice carefully before leaving and making sure any online coupons are correctly applied at checkout.

When I arrived they confirmed the appointment but told me that they would not be able to perform what should be a 15 minute service for over an hour because they are "first come first serve," and they could not reserve a lift for an appointment, both of which defeat the whole purpose of offering appointments. Since I had a small child with me and no other vehicle to leave in, I could not wait for over an hour or leave the car. I planned my day around a confirmed appointment only to be told that it didn't even matter. The gentleman at the counter was apologetic and respectful, but they should disable any feature offering appointments if they do not honor them.

Lemon Protector - Text showing that I asked them for the "Detailed Inspection Report" that I never received.

I looked at a number of mobile inspection companies and the reviews are horrendous and include inexperienced inspectors and useless reports. Talking with Jay, I was immediately impressed by his experience and he was able to inspect the car the next day. The inspection was thorough and identified a number of issues (e.g. necessary maintenance that had not been completed, minor body damage, error codes, etc.) that would have led to over $6k in maintenance costs for me. Jay also called me to discuss the detailed report with pictures and to share his experience and impressions. Overall, highly recommend this company for any pre-purchase inspection to avoid surprises.

What I received was a basic code scan and three photos (two of minor scratches and one of tire tread). I never received a comprehensive written report, despite multiple follow-ups. They later claimed they emailed me the report. I checked thoroughly, including spam folders, and nothing was ever sent. Worse, their inspection completely missed visible exterior damage to the passenger-side mirror housing, damage that a BMW dealership later confirmed was preexisting and caused the turn signal not to work. Their follow-up was dismissive, and they refused to issue a refund. I DO NOT recommend Lemon Protector and would caution anyone considering them. This experience was both costly and frustrating.

I had mine stolen twice in 3 months. When I went to the Mt.Kisco Honda dealer to have it fixed (the first time) they acknowledged this was a big problem. When I filed the police report for theft, the police officer who came to my house said that she also had her radar stolen twice from two different models of CRV. There are ongoing lawsuits against Honda for this issue. I called the Honda dealer and spoke to a manager (Frankie) who was totally unhelpful. He said that he wasn't aware of the problem, which is a croc, because the staff at other dealers were very much aware of the problem (a simple google search for "CRV radar theft"will show you the extent of the problem. He said the dealer is a third party and can't do anything. So, basically, once they've leased you a car with a major defect, it isn't their problem anymore. He said that I could call American Honda (corporate), but that they would probably just refer me back to the dealer, which is another way of saying that no one is responsible and you have no recourse. I ended up calling the leasing company to see if I could be released early from the lease because of this issue, and my options aren't great. So, I'm stuck paying for a car with no sensor system and is less safe to drive because I can't keep paying for a radar that is just going to get stolen anyway. When I wrote a review on a different platform, I got a canned response and the generic Honda phone number. Bottom line, I would research this issue with this car before signing or agreeing to anything. I hope other people don't have to go through the same bad experience as me.

A huge thank you to Ralph, our salesman, who truly went above and beyond. He had us in multiple models, different trims, and various color options so we could compare everything side by side before making a decision. He thoroughly explained every feature in each vehicle and asked thoughtful questions to really understand what we wanted and needed. He made the decision-making process feel easy and pressure-free -- and ultimately helped us leave feeling confident and excited about our choice. Every single person we interacted with -- from finalizing the deal, to finance, to delivery -- was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk us through all the features of our new vehicle and helped us set up our account before we left. We originally had no plans of leaving with a new car that same day since we were still in a Lexus lease that wasn't up until July. But they made it possible for us to get out of our lease early and drive off in a brand-new vehicle. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Volkswagen of Huntington and their amazing staff for your next car purchase!

They added multiple hidden fees, including a $2,000 "certification fee," which is outrageous since CPO certification is something the manufacturer already covers. When I questioned the fees, they were not willing to negotiate to a more reasonable price to match what this car is worth in the market. This experience felt deceptive and overpriced. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for transparency or fair pricing. Save your time and money and shop somewhere reputable.
