We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. I was wrong, I described the issue and they came out to do the structural work. My floor was sloping as I told them before, during work and after the work. They said they had done all they could do. I had to hire a structural engineer to inspect their work. They came back and made a change to the work they did do. However, the structural engineer discovered the real issue with the slope was something else. In summary, this company should not be doing structural work and I would not hire them to do structural work. I don't believe their error was out of ignorance of their expertise but a desire to make a buck regardless Additionally the communication was amateurish. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. They scheduled some work but didn't inform me they they'd scheduled it. one guy would tell me something and the other man hadn't been kept informed.

I've had crawl space repair done, appx 1 month ago by DM CRAWLSPACE, on day of completion I asked…read morethe lead worker for photos of completed work which he said it would come from the manager although the worker had it on his phone while at my home. Never got photos, then appx 1 week later I asked for photos from manager and also asked for copy of permits pulled, still have seen neither, then I got a text stating inspector would be showing up the following day. The inspector came and said he could not sign off on the work because DM did not send him before and after so he can't tell what he is inspecting and he left telling me he would contact DM and needed to do nothing, that has to be appx 2-3 weeks and DM will not answer phone #704-830-7450 or emails
