The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

The quality of these refurbished antiques far exceeded anything modern that you could buy in the same price range. This is heirloom quality furniture ,beautifully crafted from high quality hardwoods and veneers and lovingly restored. Any one who visits my home always comments on how nice these three pieces of mid century furniture look and I would highly recommend this store .

Their store is an eyefull - it is stocked with great looking furniture, lamps, pottery goods and other home decor items. Found Design sure saves you the trouble of scouring yard sales and antique shops for that just-right item. The only trouble is, you are not going to pay the yard sale price you could be paying. That $10 coffee table (that turns out to have been made by some famous Danish craftsperson) will cost you $700. But really, what are the odds of finding it at a yard sale?

It's incredibly frustrating to invest so much in a sofa that just can't hold up to normal use.
