Ah yes, Zone has seen a pretty penny from this lady. They have lots of stuff for your home, including furniture, and I also find that Zone is a great place to find unique gifts for bridal showers, etc. So here's the good and the bad. The good: This place is a delight to walk through. They have a unique selection of stuff for the home, and if you like to shop you will for sure love Zone. Their HQ is in Montreal, and all the staff are fully bilingual in this location. I saw another review of this place that disparaged the customer service, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I think the staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain lovely. If you see something you want that isn't in stock, they can order it in for you (usually from Montreal). The less-than-good: Normally when I walk in and buy something, the experience is seamless. There have been a couple of occasions where I had to have something ordered in because it was out of stock. On one occasion they neglected to call me when my item arrived, so I was waiting for quite a long time before I actually got it. When we ordered our couch, the delivery service was not the greatest. Last year literally every time I went into Zone to order something there were hiccups caused by the installation of a new inventory/POS system on the back end, which makes me think maybe the staff could have been trained better. The pros of this shop far outweigh the cons, and I love to come into Zone and take a peek around every now and then. People always ask "where did you get that?" about some of the quirky items in our home, and usually the answer is "Zone, in the market!"

The ornaments were really pretty and there were lots of items for setting your Christmas dinner table that I liked. Lots of fancy napkins, centrepieces and place settings. I especially liked the snowflake candle holders. The person working in the store greeted me and was nice, but could clearly tell that I was just browsing, so was concentrating on another customer.

When she contacted Magie Seal they told her they were waiting for Brault to send them the invoice as proof it had been paid for. They never did even though they promised they would (twice).She went back to Brault this week and asked for her $ back as she was tired of dealing with this store. Two sales representatives were aggressive with her because of the situation. While she was waiting, another customer came in and they both started talking about their horrible experience after Brault got their $ and sales. Good luck dealing with this store if you have issues after the sale.,

FOR WHAT!!??!? THEN for them to tell me that they ordered a new bed and ot would be delivered at their discretion. I HAVE NO BED TO SLEEP ON AND ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW!! To call and say I wanted a full refund to be told that I can only have a store credit. To show up in store and be told that they need to FIRST pick up the bed, then 2 days after them picking it up I can return to the store for my refund!!!!!! The worst company I've ever had to deal with and to spend 400$ ON A BED FOR THIS!?!?
