Well, woke up Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. to go back to our old home and meet the movers to finish up, and . . . we had no hot water. On a 30-degree morning. Propane was completely out. Called Potts Gas at opening time, and they were wonderful. Sent out Charles Dickerson that same afternoon to get our tank topped off, and when I told him I had never before had LP, he showed me around and went through the house with me showing me how everything worked. The staff greets you at the door and asks what they can help you find. Like other reviews have pointed out, they take you straight to it. The staff are also extremely knowledgeable. The other day I was looking for a propane hose for my RV and I could not find one at any of the big box stores. I came to Masons, at the recommendation of someone at Home Depot, and they actually had all the parts necessary to build what I needed. If you are in Mt. Pleasant and have an RV, they have a nice little RV section, and really, throughout the store, they have lots of items I just cannot find anywhere else. Highly recommended, and I like supporting a local business.
