Jacob at prime was one of the only people to take down my information and put me on a waiting list. He called me immediately when he unexpectedly had a unit come available. As I am still residing in Houston and unable to go in to sign the paperwork, he sent me ensign documents via email and made it extremely easy for me to secure the unit. I was busy and had to go out of town so I call them back today and they have charged a $20 late fee because it should have been paid yesterday. They won't waive the fee because they already helped me out on the insurance. EXCUSE ME, YOU DIDN'T HELP ME OUT, YOU CORRECTED YOUR ERROR. I can't wait to move my stuff to a more HONEST & helpful business. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK & ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS: WHEN & HOW MUCH IT WILL GO UP. THEIR TERMS FOR LATE FEES, 1st one $20, 2nd one $60, in 1 month. This is charged if you have pending matters going on with them or not. INSURANCE THEY CHARGE IF YOU DON'T Provide them with a copy of your homeowners policy. And if they don't get a copy of your policy at renewal, they will charge it and even if you provide them with the policy, they will not remove the charge.

When Elite was run by the previous owner, my dad was the owner of pit stop towing and because my…read moredad really liked the owner he told me as the secretary/ dispatcher to use Elite for our back up calls. We always referred them for jobs we couldn't get to and certainly for all heavy duty. We only had medium duty trucks. My dad died and pit stop closed. So as a family if we ever need something towed or hauled we use Elite. My son's truck was towed to Elite and I am very curious as to what's gonna happen when he wants to get his truck. My other son works for LCPD and deals with broke down cars and towing cars all the time.
