I had no Idea what a fire mitigation service was and he rattled off a couple of known companies that handle that service, Servpro was one of them. So, I contacted them and spoke with the owner Jack. Let me tell you, I have never had someone so ready and willing to help me out. He is constantly in communication with me to make sure his team is treating me well. If I call or text it wont be more than a couple of minutes at most until I get a call back. Now let me tell you about the team. Lori, is incredibly knowledgeable. If I have a question that cant be answered definitively on the spot she seems to be the person to call. Also, the team that was clearing out my home were nothing but respectful and empathetic to our little disaster (That goes a long way). All in all, yes we have had a bad disaster but I don't see how it would be possible for another company or service to compete with the response time, attentiveness and empathy that has been given to us by Mr. Jack and his team.

Unfortunately, the contractor who installed it was incompetent and damaged the lock. I was able to order replacement parts, but the contractor still could not get the lock working right. We reached the point where we did not trust the contractor to keep trying, worried that he would damage the door. I called Lake Area Safe & Lock Tuesday mid-afternoon, expecting to wait a few days for the actual service call. They called Wednesday, and Jeff showed up by mid-morning. Jeff obviously knew what he was doing. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and get the lock working in short order. The charge for the service was very reasonable. Jeff was very personable, and a credit to the company. Definitely a Five-Star job all around!

Jacob at prime was one of the only people to take down my information and put me on a waiting list. He called me immediately when he unexpectedly had a unit come available. As I am still residing in Houston and unable to go in to sign the paperwork, he sent me ensign documents via email and made it extremely easy for me to secure the unit. He even set up my gate code over the phone and put a lock on my unit for me. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and Prime!!
