My children and I attend together, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made. From day one, we felt welcomed. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at working with kids. They strike that perfect balance of discipline, encouragement, and fun. I've watched my children's confidence grow tremendously -- not just on the mats, but in everyday life -- and honestly, mine has too. The environment is positive, structured, and supportive. The coaches genuinely care about each student's progress and character development. It's not just about learning jiu-jitsu -- it's about building resilience, respect, and self-belief. Beyond the training itself, we've built such a strong sense of community there. I've made wonderful friends, and my kids have too. It truly feels like being part of something bigger than just a gym. If you're even thinking about trying jiu-jitsu -- whether for your child or for yourself -- I strongly recommend giving Gracie Barra a try. It's been an amazing experience for our whole family.

Despite having a large class, they kept all the students engaged and constantly working. The strength training and the practice was everything I hoped for.
