I can't recommend them enough.

I contacted Mike Hayes & Associates and scheduled and appointment for a consult during the last week of May. We have a big back yard project involving landscaping/grading/design around a pool that we needed help with. William came out as scheduled, looked at the area, took some measurements, etc. He quite honestly wasn't overly friendly and seemed dismissive of any ideas I had. Once he had all the necessary info he said he would get back to me with a plan and estimated cost. Fast forward, its now three weeks later. Not one word from from William or anyone else from the company. I'm not the kind of person who will chase people down to give them my business (and for a big project, nonetheless) so there is currently another landscaping company doing work in my back yard as I type this review. Mike Hayes & Associates probably do outstanding work, but their business response quite frankly is horrific.

I'd like to give a BIG shout-out to William Vanlandingham at Mike Hayes & Associates landscape…read moredesigners in Franklin for the SUPERB JOB he did on our yard. We shopped around extensively at several professional landscapers and decided to go with William for a wide variety of reasons. He was VERY responsive to our landscaping desires and spent a great deal of time carefully drafting a specific plan for our side and back yards. William is extremely knowledgeable regarding local vegetation and trees, and offered numerous suggestions regarding what would and would not work. Once the plan was finalized we set a date for the work. He closely managed the entire landscaping process and the results were BEAUTIFUL. We've received many compliments on our side and back yards with many thanks to William's efforts. His prices were absolutely REASONABLE and he did NOT charge extra for all the design and drafting work he did for us unlike so many other landscaping firms in the area. I give William my strongest personal recommendation. We are SO pleased with his work!

The store is located on a loud busy road, otherwise it would be nice to have a holiday pop up shop or event with Christmas music and hot chocolate. Please support this local business and the owners commitment to help offer a safe holiday experience!

My wife found A Greener Way online & they spent many hours taking our inputs. They were knowledgeable to say why certain plants weren't doing well, and some should be removed or relocated. After landscaping was done, they did amazing job of maintaining it even with my here & there screw up that added more work for them lol That's almost little over a decade now. Recently we've moved & we will be using them again. After years of having trees & plants replaced, I strongly recommend this company if you're looking for friendly local landscaping services

They will hand you $20 cash and continue cutting stuff in your flower bed. I have found several metal objects in my driveway like an old rusty screw and some metal pieces that would destroy my tire if I ran it over. I left this morning and it wasn't in my driveway but upon pulling in i noticed it and shortly after the company left. I deal with harassment like this every single week for this crew and the managers obviously dont care. Before this company started my subdivision had a wonderful crew that did amazing but unfortunately they had to cut back costs so they had to go with a company that doesn't care how their work looks. They dont care about customer satisfaction and they leave electric boxes and poles all unweeded. Ive hired many lawn care companies and they are by far thw worst ive ever seen and i wouldnt give them a star even. I will remove my reviews when the manager wants to call and apologize and pay for my tree that was chopped down 6 months ago.

But I was patient and gave him time to incorporate his new accounts into his existing client base. In addition to the weekly lawn cut, I had an immediate need to replace two broken sprinkler heads. I showed Karl ( Let It Gro owner) on the day I met him. He stated he would get to it right away. Fast forward to late September. Weekly service turned into who knows when service. At one point, he showed up when I wasn't home. He dug a hole around one of the broken sprinkler heads, didn't fix anything, and left my property leaving the hole exposed without flagging it. It was the perfect size for an ankle turner. Communication with this company is the worst I've ever experienced. Emails inquiring about the lack of service, incomplete repairs, and allowing dangerous conditions to exist went unanswered. On November 10, I texted him and reminded him he hadn't been here since OCTOBER 15. The grass was long, leaves were piling up, I still had a hole in the ground, and the shrubs needed the fall trimming. He did respond. He addressed nothing except to say he was cutting lawns that week and double cutting for leaves. He did not show up. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I fired Let It Gro today.
