But I see the difference. After only twice a week. She works with where you are that day and is able to do that on the fly. Your middle aged random whatever ache is flaring up, we can deal with that! I am leaner and i see the muscle definition that I haven't seen in awhile, living through an extremely high stress job and the pandemic and not really taking care of myself. She also has an app where she can put your extra workouts or morning stretching routine or whatever you need. I reached out to a number of trainers when I was looking for someone and she was the first one I actually met with in person. And I knew she was my person. I didn't meet with anyone else. And I have worked with a lot of trainers at various places in my life and fitness regime. She was my trainer. I knew when I met her. You will probably get more than your money's worth if you go to Jessica. She genuinely cares and will put effort into extra research on what you are going through or giving you programs to do on your own. She will give you as much or as little extra support as you need. I've learned so much and have gotten so much stronger after sitting around four years during Covid. Aside from working out with her, she gives you access to an app with a personal exercise program to do on your own, a food log, and other helpful resources. She's knowledgeable and creative and doesn't push anything so far that you can't move the next day or that you'll hurt yourself. She's also great at working around injuries if that's a concern. I've referred two others to her who only have great things to say as well.
