Service is great people go with you for the whole ride making sure everything goes well. Also they have an close area to ride the horse inside the ranch if you don't want to go to far. They take care of there horses well because they look in a perfect condition. They have also pony's so the little ones can see them, tables and sofas, just make sure bring your drinks and food. They make them get down and dirty (even washing the horses down after the ride.
