I've had a true luck and honor to find Katie during my trip to Maui and in just 7 short days of working out with her 1:1 and taking her group classes I saw some great progress and felt / saw good results. For context, I worked out with personal trainers in the past so my "bar" is high and Katie is right on top and above that bar.
