I bought a package while I was on holiday for two weeks. It was a great deal and perfect for me to unwind out here from the stresses of the East Coast. Bought the intro package. Went to two classes, took a trip to the mainland and then had two unexpected major surgeries. Sent an inquiry about whether the package was still valid and no response. Even if it had been "no" I probably would have gone and paid. Restorative class would probably be very helpful in my continuing recovery. Jennifer Lynn offers amazing yoga classes. Like most people, I have some physical challenges--tight hamstrings and low range of motion in both wrists (past sprains) made Downward-facing Dog a real female dog for me! Jennifer gives excellent adjustments and advice, allowing me to make peace with such stretches. She also teaches how to apply the physical lessons to life. For example, today she talked about balancing clarity and intensity (knowing what you want--in a pose and in life) with trust and ease/enjoyment (relaxing into a pose, allowing co-creation--we're not responsible for keeping the planet spinning and our hearts pumping; we're supported). Jennifer was definitely not my favorite yoga instructor. I was a first time drop in and did not feel welcomed by her. To the contrary I am an older student and the class was too advanced for me. Was not given any kind of instruction on what to expect or to the props. Felt like an outsider not in the click. Honey the dog was the best thing about this place. read more

Before finding Jennifer Lynn and Wisdom Flow Yoga I had tried out many styles of yoga ranging from Ashtanga, to Bikram, to Iyengar and beyond.. While I believe all styles of yoga are beneficial, there is something very unique and special about Wisdom Flow Yoga. I have been attending Jennifer Lynn's yoga classes for quite some time now, and just completed her 200 hr teacher training.
