Dude no-showed me five appointments. Gave an excuse every time. On the last one, I called him because he was over an hour late. The phone picked up and it sounded like he was working on another vehicle. That's when I told him to forget about it, because he clearly already had. Unreliable at its best! Keeps leaving you hanging and was super sketchy. He's good at taking your money and bailing. Good luck getting refunds from him. He ghosts you and can't communicate. If you back out of a job because you can't do it, just say that. Don't waste people's time. Look him up on Facebook. He's scammed people out of $$$ and calls everyone a liar when they speak up. He's good at gaslighting you. I'm really honestly not sure how he's still in business. He's done multiple people really bad from all the things I've seen in groups and people's comments. Some lady even said he did 10k worth of damage to her car all because he wanted to scam her. Of course he's going to reply to this saying he didn't do it or that your post is "malice." That's his usual move. Anybody that speaks up about him, he attacks. Read all the reviews, folks. Do your homework and don't just believe the good reviews for him. He does shady work and will lie through his teeth to prove you wrong. All of his bad reviews are the actual truth of his behavior and his business. I highly suggest you do your research and join a bunch of the community groups on Facebook. His little cult-like friends are the ones writing him perfect reviews. read more

My dtr's car's serpentine belt broke so was undrivable (engine overheating cuz the water pump wasn't being driven by the belt). I called about 7 at night, and he said he could get to it about 3 the next day after a couple other jobs. I said fine. Just to compare I called 2 local shops and tow services in the morning - tow and repair would be about $225. In the morning he texted that he could be out right away. I told him that I was 25 minutes from her car and said ok. He got there less than 5 minutes after I did. He saw oil that had splattered cuz the cap had been off for a while days earlier and said that's probably why the belt failed since none of the pulleys were a problem. He cleaned up the oil, put on a new belt (that one shop wanted $55 for), checked the oil level, added some that I had, jumped the battery (it was dead since the alternator wasn't being driven by the belt either, and that car has a small phantom electrical drain), and was done in probably 25 minutes. Charged me $70. So he saved me all the hassle and time of dealing with a tow truck and a repair shop, and saved me $155! Will definitely use again. read more

I called this guy explained my car was stuck at work and told him I thought my starter was out. He quoted me $100 higher than several other mobile mechanics but he said he could get me the next am at 830 so I booked it because of his availability. I cancelled an appt with someone else. So the next day 830 comes and goes I reach out he says he's expecting a delivery and he will head out when it comes so 1230 I send him a message and ask if he's still coming or do I need to try and get a ride home ...crickets so at 330 I sent another message and called to ask what's going on I need to make a plan ....crickets still the next day crickets. This is unprofessional I don't recommend him esp if you only have one vehicle very undependable read more

Great guy and comes very well equipped as well. he helped us at the Rv park in Berea ky!!! was heading home to Arkansas when my truck wouldn't start. he quickly came and diagnosed the vehicle fast, simply needed the starter! we were so pleased with his service that I had him do my valve cover gaskets and door handle before leaving because there aren't many people like him that come when needed that you can trust, I can tell! also LOVED the van and meeting his boy! 10 out of 10 recommended read more

Very uncommunicative. No showed 4 times over the span of 2 months. I called one morning on a no show, the phone answered and it sounded like he was working on a vehicle then the phone hung up, he was scheduled with me that morning. Had to order another part due to me ordering the incorrect part initially, which he picked up at AutoZone and scheduled to come back out and replace and again, no show. When I gave up and just cancelled everything, he happily dropped off the part to my house with in 48 hours, charging me double the cost of the item. Brandon has refused to return any of my messages with any intent to do what he says, everything he has said he would do he has not done except for showing up the first time. I think he agreed to do the job, came out and replaced a tie rod, the easiest one to replace and charged me 100 for it. Then required 200 for the 100 part that he needed to do the job and never showed back up. After 2 and a half months and 4 no call no shows, I told him he could return the part and cancel everything and instead he dropped the part off at my house and kept the 200. He agreed to return the initial 100 for the tie rod because of the multiple no shows and I have not heard from him since. Congratulations Brandon, you gained $200 in your pocket and the tile of unreliable, untrustworthy and in my opinion a thief. I was very patient with you the entire time, accepting all of your excuses you had to no show. I took several days off work to be home, waiting on you and you no call no showed each time. I had to track you down to reschedule and you did not respond for several days each time. If you did not want to do the job, you should have been an adult about it and said you did not want to do it. Not drag someone along until they get fed up and cancel and then keep their money they paid you, that you agreed to return. If you did not think you were in the wrong, why would you agree to return anything you were paid? One last thing for those looking to use Brandon, he's charging a 200%+ mark up on parts.
