The music playlist was a perfect blend to get your seasoned veterans, as well as unseasoned like myself motivated to work and getting those muscles moving. If your looking for an instructor with a flavor and colorful personality give Brandy and her class a try. The lock rooms were clean, spacious and it was nice to see wipes for equipment and santizer. The smoothies helped replenish protein, after a workout, wide selection, may have been a bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality. I discovered this gym, in my search for places that offered drop in spin classes. Spin classes are offered 6AM Tuesday & 6AM Thursday , I believe 5: 30 pm on Tuesday evening as well. The classes are affordable with a low cost of $10, the class size is low, probably since its so early in the morning. Melissa is amazing, and didn't mind taking the extra few minutes to show me how to use the bike, and how everything worked. I love the option of not having a commitment to join the gym, and just being able to drop in for spin classes, as needed. Kelly, the owner, answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. She made me feel comfortable to go to my first class and work out hard enough that I hurt for a good week and a half afterward. Seriously, I didn't think I had abs. Surprise! They hurt. I've really enjoyed every class I've gone to. The pricing is great and classes are so easy to register for online. The interior is cleaned regularly and the workout room is huge with high ceilings. It's never too hot in there, the music system is loud and enjoyable and I love that Kelly and the other trainers will work you until you physically cannot. But if you have any injuries or problem areas, they will work around it for you and adjust the workout accordingly. Highly recommend!
