There are places you can sit to eat your food. And there are plenty of hot and cold food options. Plenty of snacks and drinks, ice and much more. There is an ATM available. You can go through the regular checkout line or through one of multiple self check out lines. They're open 24/7. The oil boom in this area has caused the need for such places as pilot travel center. Several new hotels of also popped up, much more than you would expect for a town the size of Big Lake. The bathrooms are well-maintained.

The store offers off street complementary parking and a well lit parking area. The store itself is exceptionally clean, and we were pleasantly greeted once we came inside the store. Hand wipes for carts are readily available and the aisles were easy navigable. We found many great deals on greeting cards, Coke, products, charcoal, and candy. Check out this store if you need some pantry products for some really interesting deals.

The station has a clean bathroom, but Do Not Get Fuel from this place. The clerks have said that they turn off the sign to keep from deferring customers from their station. Don't make the same mistake that many have made by getting fuel at this place. No paper in the pumps either. Aside from the price gauging on merchandise and fuel, the place is pretty clean and some of the staff are nice.

Even other Alon gas stations in the area are not charging such outrageously high gas prices and they are using the same gasoline supplier. The electronic gas price display is turned off in order to avoid scaring customers away. No paper receipt from the gas pump if you ask it print one. Paper is very expensive you know. I went inside and grabbed a cup, filled it with only ice and went up to the register. The girl told me it was going to be $1.50 for the cup of ice. I asked her again. It's only ice. I didn't get a soda and she said you pay full price. I have been to thousands of gas stations across the west from Texas all the way to the West Coast to Washington in Canada, but I have never been charged more than $.50 for a cup of ice. Most of the time when I'm filling up my vehicle with gas, they tell me just take the ice don't worry about it the inside was dirty and the food that was sitting in the rotating hot dog look like they had been there for five days. It was only 9 o'clock in the morning. Do yourself a favor and stop at a different gas station!
