I basically walked in with "celebration vibes" and blind optimism. Ended up grabbing a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and then needed help with a price adjustment. Despite the store being packed, Emily at checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Edwin came over, quickly handled the adjustment, and even knocked a little extra off for the inconvenience. No hassle, no attitude, just genuinely great customer service. It's easy to provide service when things go smoothly. It's more telling how people respond when there is a hiccup. Emily and Edwin made the experience easy and pleasant. Last night I went to open a bottle of Tres Generation tequila and noticed it did not have the plastic seal on it. Checked the rest of the tequila bottles I had bought and found another bottle without the seal. Went to the store today to exchange them for bottles with the seal. The shift manager wouldn't do anything because I have no receipt. I told her I have the credit card I used to buy the items and asked her to swipe the card so she could see everything I've bought. She stated "Oh, we can't do that our system is from the 80's." So she called her boss who wouldn't do an exchange or anything for me, and from the phone call I could tell her boss kept harping on about no receipt. To which I said its not like I'm trying to get any money or anything like that and if you could swipe my credit card like damn near every other place I shop, you'd see my previous purchases. I will NOT ever step in that store again. I will be taking my business somewhere else!

Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs!

The presenter was french and she provided information with a slide show. It was delightful to listen to her french accent which also provided a little bit of linguistic training on accurate pronunciation of certain terminology.
