This is the best Total Wine location I've been to, from SoCal to Las Vegas! I placed an online order for 6 bottles, and Marie took the time to reach out and thank me for my purchase. She let me know that if I ever needed anything else, that I can reach out to her. That's what great customer service looks like! Even others have posted that this location has great employees. This location has a great team! I've purchased multiple cases of Macallan and other bottles in a single visit to various Total Wine locations in SoCal, and never received so much as an acknowledgment. I've also purchased several bottles at other locations in Las Vegas, with the same experience. I know it may seem like a small gesture, but a simple "thank you" goes a long way. It makes customers feel appreciated and leaves a lasting impression. Customer can take their business to other places to spend their hard-earned money, but it's feels good that when you spend it at this location, they are thankful for the business you bring. Kudos to Marie for going the extra mile!! Whenever I'm in Las Vegas, this is now my go-to Total Wine location! I originally planned to have a friend pick up my bottles for me, but I decided to stop by in person instead. I'm glad I did because I got the chance to meet Marie and thank her personally for reaching out to me and letting me know that I could contact her anytime I needed anything. That kind of personal touch and genuine customer service really makes a difference! Marie may not remember me among the thousands of customers she helps at the store, but I certainly won't forget her. That level of customer service leaves a lasting impression, and I'll definitely continue supporting her store whenever I'm in Las Vegas! read more

Total Wine & More - Hibiki Harmony 2026 LE - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This was my first wine tasting experience event at a Total Wine & More store. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and feel a little smarter and now I might be able to pick out a good chablis if given the challenge. Not having experienced this before I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice spread of food trays at the back of the event room, a bottled water, pen, booklet for taking notes, and exclusive discounts made available at the end of the event. The presenter was french and she provided information with a slide show. It was delightful to listen to her french accent which also provided a little bit of linguistic training on accurate pronunciation of certain terminology. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to signing up for more events! Très bien Total Wine and More! read more

This Total Wine location has the world's most helpful and sweet employees. Anything I've come in for, I've been asked if I need any help almost instantly, and then pointed toward 10/10 recommendations. Today I went in for a nice, gift-worthy bourbon for my dad and they had me handled -- gift bag included -- within 5 minutes. Love them. read more

I have come to really like Total Wine and More! The store is huge with a massive selection not only of booze of all sorts but also things that go along with it. Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs! read more

An Overwhelming selection of whatever you're looking for. I'm not a big wine drinker, but the selection is unbelievable.. the bourbon selection had me trying to think of brands I was originally came for because the variety and well priced items surprised me.. and they had CIGARS!?!?! A good sized humidor that carried many brands and prices to satisfy everyone... needless to say I walked out with a few sticks, even though I didn't intend on buying any. The store manager was personal and welcoming, a couple cashiers weren't as.... well let's just say they were engaged in their personal conversation then my questions of the store... but you can't hold that against the store, that's a personal issue... but overall a great store that I recommend. Lees is just around the corner and a good selection as well, maybe just a half scale version, but their staff in general was friendlier. read more

Visiting AZ and wanted to bring some local LV beers, so here we are. Quality/Quantity - We are regular customers here and at your Reno location. Always able to find what we want and need. Typically slightly more expensive, but today we got lucky and bought a few 4 packs for equal to or less than your competitors. If you are following, you know we went to like 5-6 different places shopping for local beer. Atmosphere - Consistent, good size location. See pictures. Plenty of free mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm or 11pm, see my pictures of business hours. Service - Self service. Price - Good today, but typically slightly more expensive. You are paying for convenience. A one stop shop. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1991 with 267+ locations. We are loyal customers, well mainly at your Reno, NV locations. read more

I always have a great experience at Total Wine! The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and in a great mood. Sandra checked me out this time, and she was especially helpful, friendly, and fast. I've done business with them for work events personal customer services grade the attention you get when you first walk in the door someone will take you wherever it is. You need to go to find what you need very helpful. I've been to the one here in Summerlin as well as over in Centennial Hills, so they're very very helpful at the two locations I've been to so definitely if you're looking for your wine or alcohol needs or for events or private parties. It's the best place to go. I mean there's other ones out there and they have really good sales. And don't forget us veterans we get a little discount. read more

My daughter needed a couple of mini liquor bottles for a cake she was making. Total Wine & More had a nice selection at a great price. Employee helping us was nice. Interior and exterior was clean. Parking was plentiful but can get crowded depending on the time of day. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :) read more

We ordered 9 cases and received 9 bottles and then Total Wine had the nerve to blame Door Dash. We ordered directly from the Total Wine website so if you farmed it out on Door Dash, that's on you. Really disappointed. Yes it got delivered but not before having to make a call, and be on hold for 5 minutes. You'd think a 9 case order would be handled with care. Also didn't even offer a refund on our delivery. We expect you to do better. read more

Total wine has an amazing rewards program. They have deals on wine all the time. I've never found better deals anywhere else. They even have a deal where you can get a $15 bottle of wine the month of your birthday for $0.05! read more

I went here looking for some red wines for a cheese pairing and had no clue which to pick. I met the manager and one of the girls that work there and they were both super informative and helpful. There are even posters at the end of the aisle that are very informative about wines. I like this store and definetly would go back since they were so helpful. read more

Liquor stores are famous for rude staff but this store takes the cake. They have a nasty attitude, m.o.d included. Two clerks on the floor, both on the computer. No one ask if you need help. You're ignored. Zero customer service. I wish Total Wine had self check-out. Robots are more polite. Just spent 350 bucks, not even a thank you. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. They don't care about complaints because it's been like this for years. Business is good no matter what.... That's fine. Going to bring my money to L**s from now on. read more

I come here when I want to get a nice bottle of wine or get some whiskey. I am always helped out by the great staff. They are amazing, Sean is very helpful and actually helped me with getting a gin bottle, which was very good. They have a good selection of alcohol to choose from and even let you have samples if they have a bottle available. Definitely love doing their classes too, so much fun. read more

Everyone was polite and helpful. The store is always clean and orderly. The shelves are well stocked. I was shocked to find that an employee did not know what or where the vermouth was, and I explained that it was the fortified wine to make martinis, and he did not know nor he offered to find out. But that was ok, my bag was too heavy anyway. I'll pick some up next trip. read more

This total wine has the worst customer service ever. We went there to get a special wine for our wedding day and we were met with rude employees. The lady took 10 minutes to find the champagne and send a different employee out with the wrong champagne. They move so slow. Seems like they all like walking around with coffee cups in their hands and making jokes. I would not recommend this location to anyone read more

Everything you need and more!! Always a great shopping experience! Strongly recommend to the community.

Every employee was extremely rude. I would never recommend going here and I will never return. The products were not labeled correctly, when I brought my merchandise to the register it rang up a different price and the cashier pretended not to hear me twice before I let her know this was not the correct price but I was not going to sit there and argue so I paid what it said. I advised her they should be putting the correct prices on the shelf and she practically rolled her eyes at me but not after pretending to talk into her radio to ignore me. Horrible experience. read more

When i go to TW they have signs to buy our wines and get a percentage off your purchase. Today they had 20% off your wine purchase signs all throughout the store. After purchasing 9 bottles I checked out and did not get the discount and was referred to their web page for the restrictions. You had to buy 12 bottles of wine to get the discount. There was not any lettering on the store signs of this restriction. This happens all the time at TW and seems like a bait and switch scam. read more

Girl at checkout was unfriendly and rude/abrupt when we asked her what the price was per bottle on the TWELVE bottles of mid-priced wine we purchased. Just a simple question, asked politely. Didn't expect the response we got. Also, on another note...why play loud, all Hispanic music station in a store where I'm pretty sure the only Hispanic person was the manager? Seemed kind of odd and out of place. Just sayin. I mean, the music is for the customers enjoyment, not the managers, right? read more

If negative stars were available that's what this location would get. I came in there. Nobody wanted to help me the ladies that work there were very rude or I should say young girls and I will never go back there. Every other total wine and more was OK that I've never been to, but not this one. Don't go here if you want to be provided good customer service because they don't have good customer service here. I am absolutely disgusted. I called and talked with the manager who didn't even apologize for my bad experience and I'm just absolutely disgusted. Do not go here. read more

Sara helped us generate a collection of French, Italian and American reds together for our new wine cabinet last week. One wine that stood out to us that we just tried, per her recommendation, was the 2016 Terralsole. It was fantastic. We have a couple more of her recommendations that we haven't tried yet but knowing how good this was we're sure they'll be good too. Sara was kind and personable and made our shopping experience easy and fun! Thanks Sara read more

Not slow service, just downright RUDE! Asked the cashier if they had a specific wine, showed her a photo and she said they did have it. I needed 2 cases. She said they would bring it up for me. It was the wrong wine. The manager then came and got completely unhinged and I showed her the photo and she demanded I point it out to her in the store while she ranted on in a very aggressive tone. Completely put out that they brought us the wrong wine and had to get a different one. This could have been handled in a more pleasant manner but she was completely upset and apparently having a very bad day. The cashier couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The other 2 involved in the "complicated" fetching of the wine need a lesson in customer service. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. Customer service is non existent at this location (except for the helpful cashier) read more

Came to the location for the most unpleasant employees of any total wine I have met as a grand reserve memwber for years. The management at the front cashier yes I asked a question about my benefits and yes activating them. So sorry to bother you . You are not even my closest store I came for your 3 bottles of Hancock on your website and app but you have them hidden and rude about it sauing distributor can't find them being rude. Why don't you offer another alternative verses be a royal jerk. To the gentleman that tried to help thank you! I don't know how your work with these crotchy women that have no interest in helping. Middle ages crabby and you went above and beyond stopping your stocking of misc items . Management clearly enjoys this as I am writing this as it's been now multiple times at this store. I understand you save things for customers and insiders of store but different way to handle it. Also just take out of stock verses saying you have 3 bottles of 99.00 bourbon missing read more

My knowledge of wines is practically nil. If pushed to get a bottle I would probably get an inexpensive moscato. Wanted a "healthy" wine and the staff at Total Wine were amazingly helpful. Raquel, a manager, had me get Cannonav, a red wine from Sardinia. On sale so I purchased two bottles. Will see if that was a good choice. Would recommend any of the locations to family and friends. read more

I love coming to this location. Everyone here is so helpful and very friendly. I came here looking for Corrido tequila, which they were sold out of. The associate ( I forgot his name) that was helping me suggested Suavecito tequila and offered a tasting as well. They really do know their liquor because the tequila was very smooth tasting. I ended up buying a bottle and was very pleased with it. Per their website they have over 13,000 different types of alcohol from wine, liquor and beer. Happy they have 3 locations in the valley. read more

No complaints here - what's not to like. Always open and always friendly, you can find everything you could possibly want under one roof. I think the store is organized in a way that makes sense and it's easy to find even the "hard to find". I also love that there are often vendors in store that are there to let you taste different cocktails and beverages. I've found some really great spirits that I would have never purchased without an in store tasting. Parking is plentiful, just use the entire parking lot. It's our go to wine, spirits and everything alcohol related "under one roof" store. read more

Love Total Wine. All stores but very fond of this location. Exceptionally clean, pleasant employees greet you as soon as you walk in. If you've never been, definitely worthy of checking out just to see it's awesomeness. Pretty much everything you could want. I believe the did or still do classes. Don was very helpful and very knowledgeable about tequila specifically. Prices are as good as anywhere. Even have a humidor and a large collection of cigars. Kelsey provided amazing service in helping me pick out a delicious German Riesling. I'm enjoying it now! Thank you.

Giving 4 stars for the pick-up service. Although it's not Total Wines fault that people are parking in Total Wines reserved spots for pickup only, the wait for someone to bring the order out was. I showed up and initially had to wait for one of the 4 spots to open up. As I had already signed in for the order to be brought out to my car, I'll know better next time and will go in on my own. It's hard for me to do heavy lifting, so it's nice to have someone bring it out to my car. Also the parking has become difficult in this shopping center especially around the lunch hour. After my order was brought out, the employee of total wine did apologize for the long wait. read more

A selection of beer like no other. We have been searching all over Las Vegas for Kronenbourg 1664 Blanch Wheat Beer. After trying all the local stores in our neighborhood -- and coming up empty -- we searched online and learned that Total Wine & More carried the beer. The business name didn't strike me as super creative, so my intention was to just pick up what we needed and go home. But to my surprise... We visited the store in the Summerlin area on a Saturday morning. And wow! What a magical place! Walking in I was awestruck by the seemingly endless rows of wine and beer. For years, I have been trying to find a beer brewed in Hong Kong. And as I walked down an aisle filled with imported beers -- I thought, this might be the place. And low and behold, there it was! A fitting beer for Las Vegas -- NEON CITY -- a Hong Kong Pale Ale from the Young Master Brewery in Hong Kong! I came searching Kronenbourg 1664 Blanch and left with an additional Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar, Alaskan Amber, Bad Beat I NV, Tenaya Creek Bonanza Brown Ale, Great Basin Wild Horse Amber Ale, and a very special Young Master Hong Kong Pale Ale. Thank you Total Wine & More, you have truly raised the bar (pun intended) read more

Its like the Costco of Alcohol. The prices aren't bad, but its the variety and sizes of the beers and libations that make me coming back. There are also reps from beers, hards and wines wanting you to sample their drinks. Love to come here to buy gifts to bring home. Also, during the holidays, they have bonus gift sets that come with glasses, mixers and the like. Also, sometimes there are labeled mark downs of items. Its located in the Boca Park, by the Panera and near the Kona Grill. Lots of parking. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I was asked 3 times if I needed help on this visit. Great! read more

This has been one of my go-tos ever since this location opened. They have one of the biggest beer selections in town, including units sold individually from packaged beer.
