We were in town for a celebration and decided to try out the cigar lounge. The location is perfect really close to the strip but in a quiet plaza. The interior is very well ventilated with plenty of seats. Very relaxing and cill vibe with lots of TVs to watch sports. The best part is the staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. We were served by Christopher and he provided superb service in helping us pick out our cigars and recommended whiskies to pair. He was so patient and gave us a full rundown of the basics. Highly recommend to check out the place. We had an awesome time!

One of my very good friends at my local cigar lounge in CA recommended this place. Came highly recommended, and I have to say wow! The place is very clean, extremely clean in fact, its very relaxing, and the ambience terrific. What is a good spot without the right people. Christopher, the young gentleman that assist my wife and I (she doesn't smoke cigars), was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help us. He made us feel very welcome, the moment we stepped foot in the door. He is someone I can say it was truly a pleasure to meet. Kelly, another gentleman who was there, also assisted us with some drinks, and he has been in the shop for a very long time. Very nice guy, I hope we get to visit here soon again. The humidor is clean and perfectly maintained, i mean perfectly! Excellent selection of cigars, I opted for Padron 1964 Maduro, which absolutely delicious. You can tell great care was taken in terms of maintenance. If you like to get away from the regular Las Vegas crowd for a little, and enjoy a relaxing cigar, stop by. You will be glad you did.

Best place to get cigars in Vegas. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 10 years. On every trip to Vegas (basically monthly), Cigarbox is a mandatory stop to pick up cigars for my time in Vegas and to take back home. Fair prices and great customer service from the whole crew (Jason, Colt, Christopher and Kelly). read more

Great selection of cigars but what gives this place 5 stars is the customer service. I'm new to cigars & when i asked for some infused/flavored options I got a great walk around, explanation, and a few recommendations. Chris was great. I didn't have time to enjoy one inside the lounge but i will absolutely be back to do just that read more

I keep driving by this place when leaving work. Then I thought "what the heck" and tried there. I was far from disappointment. Love their selection of cigars, whiskeys and craft beers. The guys Chris and Kelley are cool guys and are fun to chat with and provide good service. I'll be seeing these guys after work for a drink and a good stogie. read more

Very nice shop that I'd say takes a good amount of pride in customer service. I was treated very well from entry to exit. I wasn't crowded or pressured while touring the awesome humidor. I picked a few choice sticks and then made my way over to the bar. I had a bit of scotch and smoked one of my sticks coupled with some good conversation from staff and other patrons. This is a top notch place to purchase and enjoy a cigar. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in town. Do yourself a favor and do the same. read more

The BEST Cigar Bar in Vegas! Awesome selection of great cigars with a perfect atmosphere to enjoy a stick and a drink. What a outstanding discovery!!, Cigarbox is in a industrial office park. It is easily seen from the road when driving on Dean Martin Dr. but I just assumed it was a corporate office. I stopped by and found a very comfortable Cigar Lounge with a great sized Humidor that also serves both Alcoholic and non Alcoholic beverages. I was immediately welcomed By Christopher. Who gave me a verbal tour of the lounge and then we proceeded into the Humidor. Christopher helped me find a wonderful stick that perfectly matched my palette. It was a Saturday NFL Playoff day and the Lounge was comfortably populated with friendly patrons. It was obvious that there were several regulars along with newer folks like me. I'm so happy to find a place to enjoy a fresh Cigar that has some vibe and character that is "Off-Strip". read more

Great cigar shop. Have tons of cigars, even Casa Fuentes. Staff was awesome and responsive and great bar and smoking lounge. Haven't ventured off the strip for cigars before when in Vegas but this is a new go to, super short Uber ride right off the strip. read more

WOW!!! JUST WOW!!! Went in looking for a speciality cigar and Colt immediately said "we don't have that, but let me make a call." He picked up the phone, called a competitor and sent us on our way (after our purchase). This guy (and Jason) "get" customer service and it is so refreshing to see, especially in a climate that is anything but. I will be back next time I'm in town, and know this, it is PRIMARILY because of these two guys. Thanks guys, see ya soon. read more

Currently only open for RETAIL sales. The lounge is closed, due to COVID. When the lounge is open, this place is awesome. Good prices, good service, and a great environment. But right now, it's just another retail location, albeit with better prices and selection than on the strip. read more

This is a laid-back, hometown cigar bar. Love this place. Prices are reasonable if not below strip prices. This place is inviting and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and inviting. Not pretentious, well spoken, and genuinely great guys. Kelly is a delight to talk to and is attentive without being obnoxious. He talked me thru some of the local favorites and recommended some great sticks. If you need a break from the strip rat race head over here. You won't be disappointed. read more

So when in Rome (Caesars Palace, pun intended) you try it out. Now I was expecting some high prices but good gravy it's expensive in here! And knowing what prices are outside of here (we not talking high end sticks) the markup is insane (ex: padron 2000 sells for 14-16 back home it's 65 DOLLARS here!!!!!!) So I find a couple of sticks I can stomach the price and after ringing out with the guy there that's where the customer service took a nose dive. On top of everything else it's kinda tight in here and while my best friend was trying to find somewhere for us to sit I was getting the sticks. I meet him at and he's telling me about all these reserved plaques for all of these open seats nobody is around. So while we're trying to figure it out this waitress shows up and he tells her we're trying to find a seat. Her only response was how many in your party. I explain to her about some seats right next to where we were standing: then she raises her voice and says the same thing: how many in your party. I say 2, she starts looking around not even motioning us to follow her but we assumed and we sit at these chairs. Now she leaves, again not saying anything to us and I notice there wasn't an ashtray at our table but there was one right next to us that nobody was sitting at. It's pretty common at a lounge to grab an ashtray if needed so as I'm grabbing it and putting it on our table here she comes with a ashtray and flatly says "honey you gonna have some patience" as she's sits the tray down and I put it back over. Now my best friend is getting hip to the attitude we're getting as she says I'll get you guys a drink menu.....I'm like I'm trying to figure out what we did to get this attitude. She comes back, takes our orders and somewhat promptly brings our drinks to us. Now my back is to the wall so I can see her going to everyone around us taking their orders and slightly cutting her eyes at us. She only came back once to ask if we wanted anything which at that point we said we're good. So a while later we're looking for her to come around so we can get the check, again she's floating around everywhere else to which I had to flag her down for our check, paid and got out of there. Ironically, we walk over to Paris Casino and they had a Montecristo Lounge there too: spacious got instantly greeted, same high prices but totally different vibe there. So whenever I'm back we'll give it a try

I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

This is made with Room 101 Gin, Campari, Apry and sweet vermouth. Apry js the odd ingredient here. Apry is the historic, flagship apricot liqueur produced by the French distiller Marie Brizard. It blends fresh and dried apricots from Roussillon and South Africa with fine French Cognac and other botanical eaux-de-vie, yielding a rich, amber-colored 20.5% ABV spirit with a soft, candied almond-apricot profile. This tastes like a Negroni with a little apricot. It's nicely garnished and served with a large square off cube to slow the dilution process. It's real good. Known for their perfect balance and creamy smoothness, they are crafted in the Dominican Republic and distributed by Davidoff. I like it! It's 97 degrees out here but it feels nice with the misters going. It's Happy Hour (7-9 Sun-Thu) so the specialty drinks are half price (only $11). That's a bargain on The Strip. Music is very relaxing too. Note the photo of the self-driving taxi. Don't forget about the 1-800 Girls truck! It's nice out here now. THEY ARE FINALLY OPEN AGAIN ! Look at the pics of the new shop! The great thing is the vibe is the same, while updating the space to a nicer, bigger lounge. The worry I had was this spot was our special little place, does a facelift and new place change it? But it's the people that make it and glad to report that it is just as welcoming and easygoing as before and is just a improved new place. Jason is still the same funny, welcoming, and humble dude. The crew of regulars are all still here. If you aren't a regular people will want to engage conversation. This isn't a spot where strangers stay strangers very long. In this expansion they also added a bar, which currently serves craft beer, wine, coffee/espresso, soda, etc. The craft beer is bottle, but the tailored rotating selection is still solid. Eventually, hopefully they will have spirits as well. The place is nice and open so you can have conversations with a large group among the seats, but in the back there is also a small conference room and a back nook should you want some privacy. Also despite being a smoking establishment, it's not very smoky as the air filtration is top notch. Even as a avid cigar smoker and someone who works in the industry myself (which I credit to this place for giving me the passion to make this my life) I get bothered with how dense the air is at some other shops that I avoid them during busy times and question going to their events. Humidor is bigger with still the great selection with very fair prices. It's a good balance of well known brands and boutique brands so there is something for everyone. The prices didnt become higher just because the place is nicer too. The humidor isn't all the way full just yet as it's been open 2 weeks, but it's gonna be great when everything is here! It's about 80-90% there. The biggest thing for me is how well kept everything is. Ever go to a shop where there feels to be a film on the cello? Ever go to a shop where it's too dry or too moist and has mold all over things? It's clean here and the whole humidification system is hooked up to a reverse osmosis system to make sure that the water is sanitized and not hard water. No gross water spots, dust gathering in the corners and such. This pleases me as I care for my cigars at home in a very particular manner and expect a business to have the same pride. They used to be only Monday to Friday until 6pm, but they have extended the hours slightly with M-F 11am- 7pm and now they are open on Saturdays from 10am-4pm (EDIT- as of Dec, it is 11am-7pm on Saturdays too) ! As they get a bit more staffed the hours have a potential to expand some more too. That was a negative of the old place in that for some people the bankers hours can be restrictive. I have a few friends who can only hang on the weekends, so now the possibility on "herfing" on a Saturday is there now! The location is much more convenient for locals and tourist to get to. I work on the strip and I walked over on a nice day for some exercise and sun. It's on Dean Martin directly behind Caesars Palace so not far at all if you work on the strip or visiting our city. It's in that Centerpoint Center with the purple stripes on the building, next to Friedmutter Design group. My hidden gem won't be so hidden anymore I think. I've been smoking cigars 4 years now and visit shops all over - anywhere I visit I hit up cigar shops. This has always been the shop I hold all others to and it's just so lucky that it's here where I can visit everyday. This is my cigar home, always. EDIT- 1/29/17 I accepted a position with this company in December. I believe in full disclosure and don't want to be flagged as seemingly dishonest. I wrote this prior and will keep it up as I've been a customer for 3 years until this point. read more
