The event was family-friendly with live performances, vendors, tethered balloon rides ($25), and helicopter excursions. I've been on three balloon rides, so I was there for the balloon glow experience. I was a bit disappointed as I had envisioned all the balloons being lit at once and then having them reflect from the water. That was not the case. I'm not sure if it was a safety issue or just something that was not coordinated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and quite beautiful.
